The location is great, walkable distance to Kalk Kappelle station and few supermarkets.
The apartment is a bit small but does the job for Business stay.
The kitchenette had most of our needs.
Bathroom was good.
The owner was flexible with check-in and check-out times.
Almost nothing, fee improvements only can make the stay better.

Quite close to the public transport and you can get to the city centre within 15-20 minutes.
The host was very helpful when our neighbours had a loud party and solved the problem.
Relatively cheap.
Easy to check in and check out.
The flat wasn't clean enough, there were remains of the food on the dishes and bed linens were also 'tired' and could be replaced.
2 of the 4 beds were broken and it wasn't comfortable to sleep.
The drain was getting clogged all the time so it was quite of a challenge to take the shower.
