The location itself was fine, but the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and caused back pain. The apartment was dusty and had flying bugs. I would recommend installing net on the windows. The coffee machine had used capsules. There was also a lot of food in the cupboards with unclear expiration dates. It was very difficult to carry all the suitcases up to the top floor by stairs.

Perfect for our needs, we will defenetly come back.

The location is very well placed, in a walking distance of ALDI and a BF with free parking places almost all of the time. The garbage dumpsters are in the fornt of the builing so no hussle for trash (Just keep in mind to recycle and sort out the garbage as per German Law). We hardly heard any noise or people around the location and is a must have for a family that wants privacy and also a terrace for longer evenings or smokers.

A bit short on bathroom supplies and would have been very nice to have a city guide (What to do, where to eat, etc.) The host also has a washing machine but also a dryer would have been nice if you don't want the humidity in the rooms. The upper bathroom has an annoying fan that seems to be broken but the host will most likely fix it in the near future.

Großzügig geschnittene Zimmer

Die sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Die Matratzen

Es gibt keine 2 Bäder wie auf der Homepage erwähnt. Es gibt ein Bad und eine winzige Gästetoilette wo man sich nicht waschen kann.... Es gibt keinen Privatparkplatz wie auf der homepage angegeben. Für mehr als 4 Personen nicht geeignet. Die Schlafsofas sind nicht geeignet. Durch das Aufklappen der Sofas liegt man auf dem Holzrahmen. Es gibt auch nur 4 Stühle Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Überall gab es noch Dreck von den Gästen davor. Sei es eine benutzte Kaffeekapsel in der Maschine oder der sehr siffige Kühlschrank und Backofen etc, ebenfalls ziemlich siffig das Gäste WC Man vermisste auch einen Stuhl in den Schlafräumen wo man mal seine Sachen abends rüberlegen konnte. Ebenfalls gab es auf der oberen Etage in keinem Zimmer Rauchmelder. Glühbirnen in den Nachtischlampen suchte man auch vergeblich.... Licht im Essbereich könnte besser sein.

Top Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Neben Nespresso Maschine gab es auch noch Filterkaffee und löslichen Kaffee. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Casa molto bella, pulita e attrezzata. Host sempre disponibile.

Faceva veramente molto caldo e i due ventilatori presenti in casa non sono stati sufficienti. La temperatura interna non scendeva sotto i 30 gradi.

Goed voor een paar nachtjes

De balkon is echt super groot en gezellig in de avond om met zijn allen te gaan zitten. Ruime woonkamer voor de kinderen om te spelen. De supermarkt is 7 minuten loopafstand waar je alles kan vinden met twee verdiepingen hoog.

De koelkast sluit niet goed dicht als je de bovenkant open en de vriezer deur gaat ook gelijk open.

Goed, ruim en praktisch verblijf

Heel aangenaam verblijf op 15 min van Phantasialand en 30 min van Keulen. Zeer ruim en heel proper, alles aanwezig in de keuken! Zeer rustige buurt. Je kan met 6 verblijven maar dan moet je de 2 zetels in de living uitklappen tot bed. Helaas is er geen verduistering in de living, waardoor je snel last hebt van het licht. Dus als ik een tip mag geven, voorzie extra verduisterende gordijnen.
