Die Unterkunft ist nicht schlecht. Moderne Einrichtung, und sauber.
Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten das Haus zu finden, und auch die richtige Ferienwohnung. Es wäre nicht schlecht, ein Schildchen hin zu machen ,, zu den Ferienwohnungen 1-5", und auch die Wohnungen nummerieren. Die Wohnung ist für sieben Personen gedacht, es waren aber nur sechs Stühle da, und es mangelt an Geschirr: Ein paar Salat und Müsli Schüssel , ein paar Weingläser. Die Geschirrspülmaschine ist auch anscheinend schon länger kaputt. Sollte vielleicht repariert werden.

This was a last minute booking as we landed into Cologne. In hindsight, a little far out of Cologne centre but easily commutable by public transport (50 mins) or taxi (35 mins).
Laura’s apartment was very modern and clean. Beds were comfortable and the amenities were fine. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook and dishwasher was a nice touch. The hot water did run out after around 4/7 of us had a shower - not a big deal but inconvenient when trying to get ready for the day. Neighbours were loud at night time, smoking in the garden and the smell was unpleasant with windows open in the warm weather. Towels smelt damp. 2 bedrooms had TV’s which was a nice homely touch.
Aldi/Lidl was a 1.5km walk, lovely bakery and cafe within 200m. Very quiet neighbourhood and felt very safe.
Laura’s communication was great, dealt with issues quickly and allowed a late checkout for €35. Fault with fire alarm but Laura responded quickly and offered to come round to fix.
We enjoyed our stay in Frechen and made a nice change from city apartments!

Het appartement had 4 grote slaapkamers en de wifi was goed.
De vaatwasser was stuk. Het was veel te warm in het appartement ondanks dat we de vloerverwarming uit hadden gezet. De afvoer van de douche was verstopt. Er was geen zithoek alleen een keukentafel met losse stoelen. Er waren nachtkastjes met een lampje maar geen stopcontact in de buurt.
