Appartement zonder elektriciteit en dramatische hygiene.

Absolutely Awful appartment There is only one word to describe this appartment, INHUMANE. The appartment had no elektricity, except for one big powerbank, this is unacceptable in this day and age. The powerbank was half full when we arrived and was naturally empty in less then a day. We tried to call,the owner, but never answered our calls. So we were without power for the rest of our trip. I think the owner knew this, because he left us “frühstück” in a pan. The pan was filled with rotten pasta.and the smell was undescribable, I think something died in there. The overall hygene was very poor. We rate this appartment a 1 of 10 We absolutey do not ecommend to stay here.

The care take was easy contactable who let's you in the apartment, and I recived some compensation due to the party moving to another accommodation.

The pictures on Booking.com are very misleading. The apartments have got an awful entrance that is not presentable they also store all the waste there, which has a foul smell. The room itself is powered by a black box that lasts about 1.5 days and seems to knock off during the night, the basic ammenities seem to be lacking. There was a foul smell in 1 of the rooms which would not go. I travelled in a party of 6 people and had 2 rooms. 2 of the party left as soon as they seen the room, and the rest of the party changed hotels after 2 nights.

Impossible to find the appartment. No electricity for 1,5 hours, because of the generator.

Everything, property owner or manager with no respect for customers, misleading photo on booking, no electricity for 1,5 hours, they use a generator. Impossible to find the appartment without help of people in the neighbourhood. No wifi in the appartment.

Good choice.

The room is small but has everything you need — a place to eat, a fridge, and even a washing machine. The bed is big and super comfy, and there’s a large TV if you want to relax and watch something. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The location is great, with lots of restaurants and fast-food places right outside. Just walk straight down the street and you’ll reach the lively area and the cathedral. Everything — the river, old market, and main sights — is within easy walking distance.

The view - facing the multi storey car park, but is manageable.

Good stay in a perfect location.

Perfect location to explore Cologne ! Right near the city center; shops, bars and restaurants at the doorstep. As usual in city centre accomodations, rooms are not the biggest, but this one had a small kichen setup with microwave and coffee maker. Nice bathroom.

Internet within the building is rather poor.

Location, quick responses by the manager

Washing machine was washing some towels when checked in. There is probably only one person who manages the facility. Unfortunately during our trip, this person was on a vacation so during a check in the person who gave us the keys could not answer any questions. On the second day the WIFI was broken and it was not fixed.

Good location in the city, not enough cooking equipment

Location was near a lot of transit and shops, which meant that it never too long to get something. Kitchen equipment was good (hob, fridge etc.). Bathroom was good.

No cooking equipment (knives, pots, saucepans and such). There was some sort of loud fan nearby that was made it hard to get to sleep until it turned off at roughly 1am.

Very bad value for money, small cramped room, bad shower, bad building access, terrible view, no good reason to stay here even for a lower price. I found it misleading as the ad made it seem like it’s a hotel but it’s just a dingy apartment

Die Lage, Betten sind bequem:). Personal ist sehr gut!

Zur Zeit kein Strom ( wurden mit dem Power Bank versorgt) und Kochinsel funktioniert deswegen gar nicht. Der Boden war kalt. Hellhörig, man kann die Nachbarn von oben sowie aus der Nachbarschaftlichen Appartements gut hören.

Goede locatie: de ligging in Keulen is echt een pluspunt en ideaal voor een stedentrip.

Veel te klein voor drie personen: het appartement is écht mini-mini-mini en absoluut niet comfortabel voor drie personen. Elektriciteit via noodaggregator: de stroomvoorziening liep via een noodaggregator wegens renovatie, die blijkbaar al sinds september gaande is. Bij 15% moest de beheerder worden gebeld om een nieuwe noodaggregator te plaatsen.. Elektra is een basisvoorziening en dit is simpelweg niet acceptabel. Stank uit de douche: er kwam een sterke putlucht uit de douche, wat het verblijf onaangenaam maakte. Onjuiste advertentie-informatie: meerdere faciliteiten die op Booking.com werden vermeld, waren niet aanwezig: geen föhn geen waterkoker geen zithoek geen binnenplaats geen uitzicht Advertentie moet worden aangepast: de beschrijving op Booking.com komt niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Klacht nog niet opgepakt: ik heb dit gemeld bij Booking.com, maar heb tot nu toe geen reactie ontvangen.

Appartement rook naar sigaretten rook door ventilatie kanaal heen. Stroom moest je regelen via powerbank. Met douche wordt badkamer zeiknat ivm geen scherm. Route via de trap stinkt naar vuilnisbak. Veel geluidsoverlast van buren

Os proprietários falavam muito mal inglês, o acesso ao alojamento é horrível, entrada manhosa, maus cheiros nos corredores. Quarto não tem eletricidade e tem uma bateria gigante a dar energia. Isto nem devia ser permitido. A sanita tinha fita cola cheia de urina Chuveiro não tinha proteção e tinha uma máquina de lavar ligada à corrente elétrica mesmo à beira A cozinha tinha todos os eletrodomésticos desligados O extrator era um buraco no teto

Apartamento confortável e muito bem localizado. Tivemos um problema com a energia do prédio, mas todo o staff foi incrível connosco e sentimo-nos sempre bem.

Die Lage, dann noch die Lage, und ganz besonders die Lage. Mittendrin im Belgischen Viertel. Perfekt. Badezimmer ist sehr schick, Betten bequem. Vermieter gut zu erreichen.

Eingang schwer zu finden, Treppenhaus wenig einladend. Wirkt wenig seriös. Über der Küchenzeile ragt einfach mal ein unverarbeitetes Rohr aus der Wand...

Das Wifi ging nicht , so auch nicht der Fernseher ! Im Flur fehlen Fußleisten , im Duschbereich , keine Wand oder Vorhang , alles nass , ständig Lärm von oben und von der Straße , die ganze Nacht !!! Wasserhahn von der Spühle nicht fest ! Das Treppenhaus sehr schmutzig , für den Preis eine Frechheit

Viel Geld für viel Lage, tolle Gerüche und Wohlfühlatmosphäre in Perwoll

Die Lage.

Waschmaschine läuft bei der Schlüsselübergabe um 17h und dann noch 2 weitere Stunden. Ich habe doch keine Übernachtung in einem Waschsalon gebucht und dann zu diesem Preis. Zimmerblick auf ein Parkhaus, davor ein Dach eines Restaurants dessen Abluft genau in mein Zimmer geblasen wird - tolle Geschmacksmischungen auf die ich gerne verzichtet hätte. Keine Seife in der Dusche - kann ja mal passieren. Und, nach 3 maliger Anfrage und Zusage des "Gastgebers", habe ich immer noch keine Rechung erhalten - sehr unpraktisch für eine Geschäftsreise.

De ligging tov centrum

Dit is de eerste keer dat ik een slechte beoordeling geef en doe het liever niet omdat ik ondernemers graag de kans geef het te verbeteren. Maar dan toch deze omdat het niet opgelost werd. Veel te klein voor met z’n tweeën voor deze prijs. Badkamer stroomt over omdat er geen wand tussen staat of gordijn ontbreekt, kookplaten werken niet, waterkoker niet aanwezig, slechts 1 pan, nagenoeg geen bestek, afzuiging wc/badkamer komt uit in de kamer zelf. Eigenaar is vriendelijk maar lost niks op en betaalt ook geen deel geld terug terwijl wel beloofd is.

la qualité de la literie, la situation géographique et ça s'arrête là. La gentillesse de l'hôte d'accueil afin de nous faciliter la vie.

Nous avons été déçus par notre séjour. Plusieurs points sont à améliorer : La douche est inadaptée et peu pratique. La cuisine est très insuffisamment équipée : difficile de se préparer correctement à manger. Une machine à laver a été installée dans une salle de bain déjà exiguë, ce qui réduit encore l’espace. L’environnement est très bruyant (restaurants, commerces à proximité, travaux dans le bâtiment voisin). Des odeurs désagréables (urine de chat, poubelles) persistent dans l’entrée et la cage d’escalier, qui ne semblent pas entretenues. Impossible de regarder la télévision, aucune réception disponible. Pour un tarif de 173 € la nuit, le rapport qualité/prix n’est clairement pas au rendez-vous.

Unkomplizierte Schlüsselabholung, Lage OK, die Kommunikation war überwiegend gut

Es war schmutzige Wäsche in der Waschmaschine bei Ankunft, WiFi hat nicht funktioniert, Dusche hat keine Vorhänge oder Trennwand, sodass das Wasser unweigerlich die Kabel der Waschmaschine benetzt was wirklich gefährlich sein kann. Im Bad sind entsprechend schon überall Wasserschäden zu sehen an Wänden und Türen, obwohl es frisch renoviert wirkte - unverständlich warum die paar Euro für eine Trennwand/Duschvorhang gespart wurden. Generell lies die Sauberkeit leider zu Wünschen übrig. Die Bilder der vermeintlichen Lobby (ein Restaurant/Bar nebenan) haben überhaupt nichts mit dem Eingang zu den Appartements zu tun. Ich hab mal ein Bild angehängt. Fairerweise war der Müll nur temporär dort, allerdings sind die Mülltonnen auch genau am Eingang (direkt links hinter der Tür) und dort schmeißt das Restaurant auch alles hinein, was man bis ins erste OG wo die Apartments sind riecht. Der Ausblick ist auf Lüftung und Parkhaus und es ist ziemlich hellhörig und laut. Da es eine Dienstreise war und ich das Zimmer kaum genutzt habe, war es OK - privat hätte ich mich vermutlich geärgert.

Für den Preis waren wir mit den beschriebenen Mängeln nicht zufrieden.

Es war sauber und hatte grundsätzlich eine gute Lage. Der Vermieter war gut erreichbar und wir kamen früher als erwartet in die Wohnung.

Teile der Einrichtung waren kaputt. Es lag die Gardinenstange auf dem Boden, Leisten an den Türen standen ab , der TV ging nicht, Teile der Sessel waren defekt und ein komplettes Lattenrost war völlig kaputt. Darüber hinaus wurde Sonntagsmorgens in dem Haus ab 8 Uhr gebohrt.
