The only thing about this apartment was that there was hot water in the bathroom

Pretty much everything. The apartment was nothing like the pictures shown. The front door did not seal and wind would come howling through. The kitchen sink had less than 1 minute of running hot water after that it turned cold. And worst of all, there was no heating. Not to mention the uncomfortable beds and lumpy pillows.

The location was the only good thing about the apartment.

Do not stay at this apartment. - Could not get the heating to work - The apartment was dirty - The towels had bleach stains on them - Holes in the curtains - Tv didn’t work - No batteries in the tv controller - Safe didn’t work - No plug in sink - Toilet seat did not fit -Toilet leaked and left water and stained on the floor -Extremely loud at night -If you have a shower then had to wait 15-20 minutes for hot water. While staying at the apartment I tried to get in contact with the owner. I just got sent multiple phone numbers & email addresses and no one replied. I have asked for a partial refund and no one has replied. Do not stay at this apartment. No instructions or leaflet left

Nice area, good place, the kitchen needs to be better, great place for a pleasant rest.

I had to admit I had several discussions back and forth with the person who is in charge of the emails or communication, the communication is not the best as we had several misunderstandings. Long story short, the owner is one person, the company in charge is another one, and the keys are left in another location that has not to much to do with this apartment (this caused communication delays and misunderstandings), at the end, the place was according to what I was looking for, but the information in the post and the one provided via email is confusing. (I am sad of the discrepancies and miscommunications, but it could be better if the information is clear from the beginning and in the post, sorry if I was rude at some point) So keep in mind, this really has two separated bedrooms with TVs and two beds each, a huge bathroom and washing machine, but the kitchen is an improvised table which is quite useful. The balcony is nice, and out of the apartment, you can see the Dom from the upstairs / elevator area. Markets, minimarkets, bars, restaurants, night life and so on, around the corner which is really good, and transportation all around the place, not that far if you like to walk to the Dom and the City center area.

The kitchen, it is useful but a really improvised one. Not a huge problem, but due to the night life, people get drunk from Thursday and I guess weekends, so they will start crying, singing and making noise till 4am, hahaha, or at least that happened to us a couple nights.

Dirty and uncomfortable

At arrival the apartment was dirty (empty beer cans, cigarettes on the ground) and not ready for us (no toilet paper). The beds were uncomfortable, and there was actually a girl living in the apartment!

Comfy home base with amazing distances to places

Great location for a small group looking to be close enough to walk to the central sightseeing but also being in the middle of all of the night life

Very bad customer service and difficult to contact the right person

It was very bad experience, there is a hotel who are managing this property. First you have to go to that hotel and collect the Keys. They are using automated chat services which is very difficult to deal. I will not recommend this

Basic but comfy, great for a base to explore the city.

I want to give a fair and honest review here. The location was fab, really close to the underground but also easily in walking distance to the cathedral and old part of the city. The bed was so comfy, the apartment was clean and basic but with most things you need. The view was lovely and the apartment was clean and tidy.

There was very limited facilities, there was no hand soap, and only half a roll of toilet paper, which is a minor thing, but annoying that we had to then go back out and buy more, there were bits hanging off wardrobes, broken handles etc and a drawer missing etc etc. The WiFi wouldn't work at all for our stay and despite numerous messages to the apartment via booking.com, this wasn't replied to or rectified. The area is noisy at night, this isn't the fault of the apartment at all, but having the windows open for the cool air, it meant it was hard to sleep, just a heads up. The owner was relatively on time to hand over the keys, I know some previous reviews have said this was an issue, but for us we arranged 3pm to meet and he turned up at 3.20 ish, so not too bad there.

Location was excellent

The key handover was a bit disorganised if travelling by plane give a time that is maybe 2 hours later than your arrival as I arranged a 17.30 meet but our plane was delayed and when we got there.no sign of anyone which is a bit of a panic as the only method of contact is booking.com but we eventually got hold of the gentleman who lives in the apartment block and works for the same office as the owners

The house is very comfortable and in a perfect location to explore the city.

The Wi-Fi connection didn't work. Despite my repeated email and call to booking.com they couldn't provide the information I needed from the house owner. The Wi-Fi connection should have been checked before the guest's arrival.

Lovely clean, warm, quiet, private apartment in a nice area, with a small basic but well-equipped kitchen, two good-sized bedrooms, nice large modern bathroom. Would definitely stay again

the only good thing was it had a lift.

1- the host said collect the keys at 3pm. they then changed to 3:45 even though we were outside. 2- the host didn’t ask for any details upon checking in. we could’ve been anyone. didn’t make me feel very safe knowing they had no clue who was staying in the rooms. 3 - the bowls were dirty in the kitchen. there were silverfish running about. 4 - there was no Wi-Fi at all. there is a router but the host hasn’t activated it so you will have to pay for mobile data or buy a hot spot pass. I messaged the property multiple times during our stay and it was never resolved. 5 - the smoke detectors had been removed. 6 - they assumed 1 toilet roll was okay for 3 people for 3 nights. booking.com are now saying there is no way to reclaim any money so I would say DO NOT STAY HERE

Central location

Location is central with plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Walking distance to the big cathedral, old town and all the Christmas markets (closest less than 5 min walk).

Due to being so central, it gets noisy on Fridays and Saturdays. Wifi was not working.

Superb location, nice sizeable apartment but check in could be smoother.

The location close to two tram stations to explore the city and enough restaurants, kiosks and bars right outside; not too far to walk to the city centre if needed; the beds were very comfortable; enough facilities to cook and clean; Netflix on the telly; extremely spacious, clean, pleasant apartment and modern decor and nice views; it had towels and a hairdryer as stated; photos are true likeness to the apartment; felt safe in a raucous environment outside close for clubbing but can't hear the noise when the windows are closed; check out process smooth.

The WIFI didn't work despite the router and Netflix stopped working. We alerted booking.com where the owner replied about the router but was unable to rectify the problem. The toilet spits out water; shower goes from boiling hot to cold very quickly and vice versa; look for the address and not a sign, as not easy to find (look for flats saying 6-8, next door to the barbers and near Boden, there are also psychiatrist offices at the address). You can only phone during working hours; was stressed about potentially not being able to stay on the first night but best to communicate via Booking.com messenger to get through to the owner; plane got delayed until 7pm unsuccessful to contact on phone after 5pm so kept instant messaging on booking.com who got through to the owner to meet us to check in.; would have liked check out to be 11am and not 10am but that's a small detail.

Taking over the keys was problematic due to arrival of our flight an hour after the check in deadline at 20,00 hours. In addition, the check out is quite early in 10,00 a.m. There were 4 of us, yet 1 set of keys. There was no heating in bathroom.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained.

The owner did not answer 5 emails and over 10 phone calls when I needed to collect the keys. It was only with the assistance of Booking.com that I was able to get the keys and enter the apartment.

The apartment is large and fairly well equipped

After repeatedly writing and calling without any answer whatsoever, we were lucky to be spotted by the owner of the restaurant by the entrance who had the key. No information regarding this procedure, very bad! The apartment was not sparkling clean. We stayed during the weekend and it was extremely loud with people talking and partying in the park in front of the apartment until morning. Possibly more bearable during the week.

Schimmel , nicht beschrieben wie auf bookings , kein Wohnzimmer obwohl es so angegeben worden ist, Türe kann man von innen nicht absperren mit dem gleichen Schüssel mit dem man reingekommen ist , Das erste was man sieht ist eine Küche wenn man die Wohnung betritt , Türe hat sich nicht richtig geschlossen

Unterkunft müsste mal Generalüberholt werden. Da der Standort genial ist.

Die Gegend war sehr gut. Genau richtig für uns. Die Betten waren schön groß und gemütlich.

Wir waren von der Unterkunft sehr enttäuscht,leider entsprach es nicht dem was auf der Website versprochen wurde. Die Einrichtung war sehr bescheiden und nicht passend gemacht. Hinzu kommt das einiges Defekt war. Da war als erstens der Schreibtisch der fast zusammen fiel sobald man ihn berührte. Der eine Fernseher hatte mehr als miesen Empfang und der 2 Fernseher war nicht mal Installiert konnten ihn nicht nutzen. Die Fernbedienungen waren auch nutzlos, die eine hatte keine Batterien und beide ließen sich nicht bedienen da die Tasten nicht reagierten. WLAN was zur Verfügung sein sollte gab es nirgendwo ein Passwort. Die Spüle war ohne Stöpsel, daher war Aufwaschen des Geschirrs schwierig. Im Bad waren die Fliesen in der Dusche so Fleckig richtig bää. Wenn es nicht mehr sauber wird müssten sie mal ausgetauscht werden. Nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier ist arg wenig, Wir waren 3 Tage da zu dritt, eine 2. Rolle wäre doch drin gewesen. Beim WC wurde man immer nass gespritzt weil die Spülung übers WC Becken drüber raus spülte. Hatten bei der Rezeption, per Nachricht und per Email die Mängel mitgeteilt aber keinerlei Reaktion und kein entgegenkommen, Nichts!!! Fazit: Preis Leistung ist nicht gegeben. Dafür hätte ich etwas besseres erwartet. Ich glaube wir werden diese Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen.
