Place was clean and had everything you need. Check-In was seamless and the owner was really nice and send us all the details in advance. Location was also very nice and you can get to the tram station in 10 minutes via walking so the way into cologne city was easy.

Nothing I particularly disliked. Everything was as advertised

The Host was very helpful and we enjoyed our time. Good shower and lovely bath. If you want a spot where you want to relax or be just outside of the city's centre this is a perfect spot for that.

Due to hot weather it was often very hot in the rooms so sleep did not really happen. Not all pans worked on the electric stove so might be a good thing to look into which work and which ones don't.

Kurze Wege nach Köln und Umgebung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig im Grünen und der Vermieter war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es leider einige Mängel: Die Wohnung war nicht besonders sauber, das Warmwasser funktionierte nicht und auch der Fernseher war zunächst außer Betrieb. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass der Vermieter nach unserer Beschwerde schnell reagiert hat. Er kam zeitnah vorbei und konnte sowohl das Problem mit der Warmwasserleitung als auch den Fernseher beheben. Die Einrichtung ist insgesamt sehr einfach gehalten. Zudem fehlten einige Schränke bzw. Stauraummöglichkeiten, und die Wohnung wirkte an mehreren Stellen recht abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings gibt es bei Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft noch Verbesserungspotential.
