Great room in a great location.

The host was very welcoming and the location was very good. We had all the main facilities within the room and major shops all within walking distance. Water pressure in the shower was great and the room and beds were very spacious.

The creaky stairs were too many to carry luggage up to and down from the second floor. But that is about the only thing negative I can say.

Beautiful location, lovely hosts!

Very hospitable hosts! Went out of their way to make sure that we had no issues with our stay. The location is wonderful: the neighborhood is very pretty, the surroundings are quiet, and a 10 minute walk will get you to the train station, bus stop, or grocery store. The apartment itself was clean, comfortably furnished, and came equipped with plenty of appliances and kitchenware. The included internet service was also great—much faster than hotel internet. The checkout process was seamless and easy. We were able to check out very early in the morning to catch our trains/flights home.

Perfect for a short stay in Cologne

The apartment is well equipped, you have most of what you need to stay with a family. The style is modern and it’s really well maintained. The double bed and linens were nice. The owner is really friendly and gives you all the information needed.

2 of us had to sleep on the couch that transforms in a small double bed. This bed was really too hard to have a good sleep. Other than that it’s very good.

Fehlende Sauberkeit überall !! Nicht zu empfehlen

Die Lage ist ruhig. S-Bahn, Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Restaurant alles in der Nähe und zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen.

Sauberkeit !!!! Erst einmal die Badewanne sauber gemacht. Klobürste und Halter voll Fäkalien. Fugen in der Dusche voll Schimmel und Schmutz. Duschabtrennung voll Schmutz. Tober im Bett voller gelber Flecken und Haaren. Im Kleiderschrank Flecken von Flüssigkeit. In der Küche; Pfannen nicht benutzbar, Tiefkühlfach irgendwas Ausgelaufen, nicht zu benutzen. Gläser, Besteck, Kaffeebecher alles zusammen gewürfelt. Ein Glas war so mit Kalk belegt das man nicht durschauen konnte. Spülmaschine Reste von Essen drin. Schwämme zum Saubermachen, ich wei9 nicht wie alt, aber sehr alt, erst mal entsorgt. Wann in dieser Wohnung das letzte mal richtig sauber gemacht wurde ????. Vermieter sofort mit Bildern Informiert, Aussage: Die Reinigungskraft hat heute frei, am 24.12 zu erwarten, Wohnung sollte aber auch vorher gereinigt werden. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Das ist bestimmt unsere 20. Ferienwohnung, aber so was hatten wir noch nicht. Kleinigkeiten kann man übersehen, nicht schlimm, hier stimmt aber vieles nicht. Lieber Vermieter schauen Sie sich die Wohnung einmal genau an und dann beantworten sie für sich selber einmal die Frage, würden Sie sich da wohl Fühlen.

Stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre und guter Anbindung

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Apartment in ruhiger Lage aber mit guter Anbindung an Köln. Das Apartment ist geräumig und hat seinen eigenen Stil. Man hat direkten Zugang zum Spatzierwegen im Umland und Natur. Ein Golfplatz ist gleich um die Ecke sowie Geschäfte und die Kölner S-Bahn, die einen direkt ins Zentrum bringt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde immer wieder kommen.

Schönes ruhiges und geräumiges Apartment

Wunderschön geräumige Wohnung. Alles in der Nähe was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und alles war wunderbar habe gleich wieder reserviert.
