Nice apartment

Based on previous guest comments, I was cautious. We took a bed cover and bath towel with us. The bed was clean. The general cleanliness of the room was good. But there were only 2 small towels. It's a good thing we took our bath towels. Also, there were no basic needs such as soap, shampoo, shower gel in the room. We provided them ourselves. The apartment is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood 15 minutes away from the city center by tramway. It is easy to reach the center and also there are nice cafes, restaurants, markets and stores in the neighborhood. We didn't use it, but there are basic kitchenware in the room and you can cook. If we evaluate it in terms of price and performance, I think it is a good enough facility. There is a double bed (a little smaller than a normal double) and a single sofa bed in the room. It can accommodate 2 or maximum 3 people. We stayed for 2 people.

Very disappointed, not value for money

I liked that it was right in the heart of Rodenkirchen. Travel to the centre of Cologne was very easy.

On arriving at the address I opened the door out onto the balcony, there was a Pepsi on the balcony that clearly was being used as an ashtray. The bathroom had a stand up light as the lighting in the bathroom was defective. One of the lights was dangling down from the ceiling. The shower was my next issue, the shower head was dangling down as its holder was broken… no big issue I guess, just hold it whilst showering… tried that, more water leaked… or should I say spurted out of the connection between the hose and the shower head. The bed was so uncomfortable and appeared to a have a dip in the middle. Not exactly value for money.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen für Rodenkirchen. Die Kommentare hier hatten mich erst erschrocken jedoch war in dem Apartment was ich gebucht habe nichts davon zu sehen. Es war sauber und alles war vorhanden was man braucht.

Lediglich die Matratze ist sehr weich. Ist jedoch auch Geschmacksache. Bett ist definitiv als Doppelbett zu klein jedoch gibt’s es die Möglichkeit das aufklappbare Bett zu nutzen.

Moest eerst nog een formulier downloaden. Deze moest ik eigenlijk afdrukken en invullen maar ik had geen printer tot mijn beschikking, formulier was ook slecht zichtbaar. Daarna moest ik bellen en daarna kreeg ik de gegevens. Waren dezelfde vragen die ik bij booking.com moest invullen. Dat was omslachtig

De gaan een badkamer was erg warm. Vloerverwarming stond heet. Kopjes en bordjes stonden niet schoon in de kast. Veel aanslag op

Dafür, dass es so teuer war, war Z. B. Die Matratze ganz schlecht und die Küche war garnicht sauber, alles war schmierig und dreckig, sodass man ungerne selber was kochen wollte und auch der Wasserkocher war sehr dreckig.

Es war Dreckig, es hat gestunken, es ist eine Stehlampe im Badezimmer, der Boden klebte, die Küche sieht schlimm aus! Die Wohnung ist nicht zu empfehlen und für das was man erwartet ein unmöglich Preis.

Vieles. Es gibt keine Handtücher, das Bett war kaputt, die Dusche war kaputt, alles wirkt etwas speckig und abgenutzt. Für den Preis darf man Nix erwarten, aber lasst die Finger von der Bruchbude, auch wenn es verlockend ist.

Die gute Lage in Köln Rodenkirchen, dass heißt, es ist sehr zentral gelegen.

Leider ist der Boden nicht sauber gewesen, dicke Staubschicht unter dem Bett. Fernseher im Zimmer, jedoch kein verfügbares Programm! Schlechte Matratze, wirkte durchgelegen!

Ich möchte meine Erfahrungen mit der Ferienwohnung teilen. Die Bilder, die online zu sehen sind, stehen im krassen Gegensatz zu dem, was ich tatsächlich vorgefunden habe. Das französische Bett, das vorhanden ist, erinnert an ein ausziehbares Bett von vor 20 Jahren und steht auf wackeligen Beinen. Die Mikrowelle funktioniert nicht, und im Bad gibt es kein Licht. Man muss im Dunkeln nach der Stehlampe suchen, wenn man zur Toilette möchte. Die Dusche ist kaputt und mit den Wäschebehältern verbunden. Zudem musste ich die Klobürste hochheben, die voll von gelblichem Urin und anderen Rückständen war. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von dem Zustand dieser Unterkunft und kann sie so nicht weiterempfehlen

Bei der Ankunft war die Wohnung eiskalt, nach 90 Minuten immer noch, dann bekamen wir eine andere Wohnung. Im Bad funktionierte auch dort die Heizung nicht und das Licht war kaputt. Ersatz - Stehlampe aus dem Wohnraum. Blutfleck auf einem Kopfkissen. Beweisfoto vorhanden. Kühlschrank defekt, Ersatz eine Kühlbox unter dem Tisch.
