Great location, lovely city.

Excellent location for the main city and its attractions, everything was in walking distance. Handy for a local bakery and supermarket plus you were never far from a restaurant.

Great location very close to city centre, helpful host and spacious room with shady outdoor terrace.

The balcony/terrace was very pleasant - not very large, but big enough for a table to eat from and three chairs. It got direct sun for a little while in the morning and was then very shady and cool for the rest of the day (even in exceptionally hot weather). The host was welcoming and helpful and the apartment contained everything we needed and more.

The Wi-Fi was a bit patchy on the outdoor terrace, but it worked there more often than not and it was fine indoors. Everything else was great.

A very enjoyable stay all round. No drama collecting keys and a great location in the city.

Location absolutely perfect. Naser a complete gentleman and gave us a great start to our holiday. Right beside a number of great restaurants and main transport links.

Nothing major and nothing really that Naser could fix. It was very warm when we stayed so the window had to stay open which meant the room was noisy. The shower sometimes would go cold but again it was plenty sufficient for us.

an excellent stay where the apartment has washing machine and all the little things that make it extra special.

Location was excellent. Did not need to take public transport as main attractions are all within walking distance. Host also was very warm n friendly and gave great tips on where to go as we were first timers to the city.

Carrying the luggage up the narrow spiral staircase. Not good for elderly or wheel chair occupants.

Recommended for a nice stay

Excellent location really close to the the city center. Ideal apartment for 3 people in a short stay to visit Koln, despite this has all the amenities to extend the stay, such as well -equipped kitchen, ironing iron, bathroom clothes, etc. The host was super helpful and explained in detail all the points of the apartement and also tips on the location and the city, super attentive.

There was nothing that was really bad and that I did not like. There is some noise because of a disco that works on the weekend, but we can sleep without aany problem. At the entrance of the building there is a kebap store that uses the same entrance as the apartement and it is noticeable, don't be afraid when you climb the stairs and entering the apartment you don't even remember.

Great place, great host!

Very freindly host, who seemed to care a lot about ensuring we have a good place to stay. We were there for Gamescom conferance, and the position is amazing! You can walk from the train station too (if you don't mind walking for 10-15 min). There is an ATM and a shot right next to it. There is a restaurat in front that serves drinks too. And in walking distance you are in old part of the town. Location is truly great for the price.

This might be a temporarly problem, but when we stayed, there was a shop downstairs. The side door opens up the staircase of the building, so litterally the door right under you. We were on a business trip, so we didn't mind it too much, but when they start work (9-ish AM) they are very (very) loud... every day, 9am, yelling and laughting, and playing music.

Owner and location is best. Enough space for 3 people. In kitchen everything is available even Indian grocery store are near by.

Convenient location, comfortable, clean, good bathroom size and good shower. Host is very pleasant. Washing machine available for use.

Cooking is not really possible due to very cramped kitchen and poor cooking equipment. Breakfasts and sandwiches are possible. Balcony area is small, difficult for 3 people to sit/eat together.

The property manager was extremely punctual & helpful. He gave us a very detailed tour of everything. City center location was good and easy to connect (Heumarkt). The apartment was very well-stocked with everything you need (extra towels, TP, tissues, soap, coffee, kitchen supplies). We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony.

The bed was much too soft. The shower water pressure was very weak and the hot water ran out after 5 mins. The apartment was on the 1st floor (one flight of stairs) but immediately above a kebab snack bar, which was both loud and stinky. There is a techno club just a few doors down that was very loud very late on weekend. Kebab shop was closed on Sunday, which was very peaceful.

Konumu çok merkeziydi. Her yere yürüdük. İhtiyacınız ola her şey mevcut. Kahve makinesi, ekmek kızartma makinesi, çamaşır makinesi’ mikrodalga, ütü. Ev sahibi her şeyi detaylarıyla anlattı. Temizlik açısından da çok iyiydi. Hatta küçük tatlı bir balkonu bile var. Tekrar Köln’e gelirsek tercihimiz aynı yer olacak.

Dekorasyondaki renkler biraz sadeleştirilebilir.

Konumu çok iyi.Koln de gezilebilecek heryere yürüme mesafesinde.Sokagınızda market,fırın ve kafeler mevcut.Hemen karşınızda alışveriş merkezi var.Bu kadar merkezi bir yerde olmasına rağmen geceleri çok sessiz ve uyku sorunu olmuyor.Evde ihtiyaç duyacagınız hemen hersey mevcut.Ev sahibi çok nazik ve ilgili.Ailece çok memnun kaldık.

Cama incomoda. Encima de un kebab. Buena ubicacion.

La cama es muy blanda. Aunque nos avisaron nos cobraron 30€ en metálico al llegar por hacer el cheking a las 23:00. La sartén estaba quemada no se podía cocinar. El apartamento esta encima de un kebab y por supuesto, huele todo a comida. Ha sido muy desagradable.
