The location of this apartment is great. It's in easy walking distance of all the cultural sights and the shops. On Friday and Saturday nights it was very noisy in the streets below the venue. The apartment itself is fabulous. It was much bigger than expected. It's layout is bizarre as it's circular. You arrive in the entrance hall (where this is also a small toilet room) and if you walk left/clockwise you go into a massively spacious living room with a gorgeous big sofa and enormous TV. Continuing around, you get to bedroom 1, then out the other side to bedroom 2. Walk through that room into bedroom 3. That bedroom connects to the bathroom and the bathroom connects to the kitchen/dining room which links back to the entrance hall. We found this layout useful as our granddaughter slept in Bedroom 2 and had her parents and grandparents in bedrooms on either side. If you were a large group of friends the middle bedroom may be awkward as you need to walk through on of the other bedrooms to get to any other part of the apartment. The apartment was great for us as my granddaughter loved running round the circuit of all the rooms. There were a few things that could have been better.

Communication with the property could have been better. We asked several times if a travel cot could be made available. Communications appeared to go through a third party who then passed the questions to the host. After several times of asking about a cot the third party simply said no. The apartment is so big and has so much storage space it would seem very simple for the host to provide a travel cot. The instruction were that we should collect the keys fom a nearby address. The address lead us to the back door of hotel. The door was locked and the sign said to use the main hotel door on the street around the corner. Sadly it didn't say the name of the hotel and there were 2 on the street. Luckily we got the correct one. The address for the hotel wasn't very clear either. The street door had a number of names and bells but none that correlated with the info we were given. We were told the room was the Penthouse and we were given the Room Number 70.G. When we got to the 7th floor we we faced with 2 doors, 700 or 701. From the shape of the key and the door locks we could deduce that we were in room 700. On leaving, the instructions stated clearly that we had to empty all our bins but we weren't told where to take the rubbish. I found a locked door on the ground floor that lead to the bins behind a restaurant. I am not sure if this was the right place but I dumped all our waste in the bins I found there. Also, on leaving, the comms said that if there were no specific instructions you should leave the key on the table. We did this but the cleaner told me to take them to the hotel down the road. On the evening before we left the wifi was turned off. I tried contacting the host but to no avail. There were other problems: Smelly toilet, no water in toilet's hand basin, wobbly tap in kitchen, bath tap didn't work. Drafty window in living room.

Location, balcony and lots of room.

No double beds, couldn’t get the bath to work.

1. The location and view from the apartment. It probably has one of the best 360 degrees balconies you can find. 2. The beds were fine which is nice when you are staying for multiple days. 3. The couch is nice and there is a big television 4. The kitchen has a big refrigerator and plenty of stuff

1. The communication with the host is really bad. They don't properly respond to questions. You get different contact numbers for questions, check-in etc, but they don't answer their phones or respond to messages. Something broke and we told them we would refund it...At this point their communication all of a sudden was Perfect because they wanted something from us but after we paid communication sucked again! 2. Some towels smelled really bed, probably really old towels. 3. The door between 1 bedroom and bathroom/toilet is a sliding door instead of a real door giving that bedroom bad privacy from someone on the toilet (you can hear everything) So 2 out of 6 places are not good for a quiet sleep 4. The 2 beds in the middle have no open windows so not alot of fresh air. 5. Overall the interior is not that good.

Great location and easy to collect the keys from the restaurant below. The apartment was very spacious and beds comfy, and the views from the balcony were lovely towards the city.

This apartment would be 5 star if there was just a little more attention to detail. Small things like the toilet seat was broken (Also noted in earlier reviews), the light in the smaller toilet was not working, the kitchen tap was wobbly, there was no chopping board or bread knife which made preparing meals hard, a draining board and proper kitchen bin would also be useful. It was also very cold in the apartment when we arrived. It took us a while to figure out how to put the heating on, and even then the radiator in the smaller twin bedroom did not heat up. Just quite a few small things that would not take long to sort out and then this apartment would be excellent 5 star.

The lift worked to the apartment and once we understood how to open and lock the door we were fine. The lounge was a comfortable space to talk with friends and the kitchen had a large table to sit and eat.

The main bathroom toilet seat is cracked. We asked for a light bulb to be replaced in the second toilet and we offered to install it as they were going to leave it by the door. It never arrived. We couldn’t find any information about how to operate the appliances and the radiators made a dripping noise all night.

Location, spaciousness, clean

1. Broken toilet seat in main bathroom in two places. Owner contacted on first day and didn't respond. 2. Poor WiFi 3. Washing machine didn't work properly
