Wir waren mit 10 Personen in den beiden Wohnungen zusammen und hatten ein schönes Wochenende - gemeinsam Kochen, Essen, Filmabend oder die Stadt erkunden war alles super möglich.
+Super zentrale Lage,
+stilvolle Einrichtung,
+viel Platz und
+cozy Terrasse.
- Dusche im Schlafzimmer und Toilette jeweils im Zimmer oder nach Durchgangszimmer - da sollte man sich mental drauf vorbereiten (Grundriss wäre praktisch vor der Buchung)
- im unteren Apartment hat der Duschkopf nicht am Schlauch gehalten
- vorab kam es zu einem Datenleck auf Seiten der Vermieter, weshalb ich eine spezifische Phishing Nachricht (inkl. Meines Name, Reisezeit und Handynummer) bekommen habe und seither SEHR viele und diverse Spam Nachrichten. Der zusätzliche externe online Checkin aller Gäste inkl. sensibler Daten erscheint mir deshalb erst recht unnötig und ich kenne es sonst von booking anders. Das hat vor der Reise leider echt schon einen komischen Beigeschmack gemacht.

Good location, clean.
It could have been a much better experience if the host (or agent of the host) was more helpful and friendly. See below for detail.
Bad communication and poor service.
Hosts (or agents) were not helpful at all. No paper guest instructions. Instructions were provided digitally weeks before arrival making it difficult to find and tough for those who are not computer literate. When we asked questions the hosts kept referring to their old messages, rather than helping.
The phone numbers provided were either not working or leading to a hotel that did not know who we were. We asked for their phone number several times (via mgs) so that we could talk more easily but they ignored our requests.
This apartment was one of the most expensive in Cologne. Not good value for money at all. Would not stay here again.
