Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé, très propre à notre arrivée mais la répartition lits-chambre-salle de bain n'est pas pratique, la salle de bain est dans le salon chambre. Tout ceci se voit très bien dans les photos. La terrasse est en fait un jardin qui doit être très agréable en été. L'appartement est parfaitement situé dans Cologne : musées, restaurants, balade au bord du Rhin et rues piétonnes commerçantes sont très proches, à pied. Nous n'avons pas su faire fonctionner les radiateurs et cela nous a manqué en cette saison encore un peu fraiche surtout vis-à-vis du prix très élevé de la location.

Good location, clean.
It could have been a much better experience if the host (or agent of the host) was more helpful and friendly. See below for detail.
Bad communication and poor service.
Hosts (or agents) were not helpful at all. No paper guest instructions. Instructions were provided digitally weeks before arrival making it difficult to find and tough for those who are not computer literate. When we asked questions the hosts kept referring to their old messages, rather than helping.
The phone numbers provided were either not working or leading to a hotel that did not know who we were. We asked for their phone number several times (via mgs) so that we could talk more easily but they ignored our requests.
This apartment was one of the most expensive in Cologne. Not good value for money at all. Would not stay here again.
