Era precioso. Amplio. Muy cómodo. El patio muy bonito. Ubicación excelente. La cocina tenía de todo lo necesario. El salón muy bonito y cómodo.

El contacto con los responsables no fue nada fácil. Llegamos una hora antes y nos hubiera gustado pasar antes el apartamento y ni fue posible. Faltaría algún armario o donde dejar la ropa en ls habitación con sofá cama , que está al lado de baño.

The staff was very responsive and accommodating - it was a bonus they were onsite.

Our apartment was on the 2 1/2 floor with no elevators, we managed the stairs with our carry-on luggage.

Good location, clean. It could have been a much better experience if the host (or agent of the host) was more helpful and friendly. See below for detail.

Bad communication and poor service. Hosts (or agents) were not helpful at all. No paper guest instructions. Instructions were provided digitally weeks before arrival making it difficult to find and tough for those who are not computer literate. When we asked questions the hosts kept referring to their old messages, rather than helping. The phone numbers provided were either not working or leading to a hotel that did not know who we were. We asked for their phone number several times (via mgs) so that we could talk more easily but they ignored our requests. This apartment was one of the most expensive in Cologne. Not good value for money at all. Would not stay here again.
