Lovely flat in perfect location

Perfect location (loads of groceries, cafés, & restaurants nearby; within 5-mins walk from Köln Hbf, Kölner Dom & Rhein-side walks). Very clean, well-designed apartment. Comfortable room; under-floor heating; loads of natural light; child-lock on electric stove; enough utensils & coffee machine). Great remote support from the owner, with clear instructions for self-check-in/out & its facilities provided in advance.

Minor things that are easily fixed (owner informed). We would stay again, when next in Cologne.

Excellent comfortable flat in good location

Very good instructions for entry to building, Very comfortable flat. Very close to main train station and a few minutes walk from other major station. Good location for local bars, cafes and food outlets.

Location

The bed was very low and the pillows were too thin, which made it quite uncomfortable to sleep. One day there was no hot water, and I had to take a cold shower, which unfortunately made me sick. Also, the bathroom had no shelves or space to put basic items like soap or shampoo.

Overall a good experience- perfect location and clean home

The location is just outstanding. The apartment was very clean

The mattress and the pillows were not very comfortable at least for us. It would also be good if the host had some place to store the luggage for people arriving early and needing to leave late. We had to spend our time in the cafe’s downstairs just because there were nowhere to store our luggage before our next train

Amazing hotel

Staff were amazing, so helpful and welcoming a lovely start to our stay. The room was gorgeous, even the bathroom was lovely. We had a great view from our room as well and close to metro station and can walk to the centre

Convenient, comfortable and affordable! Loved it!!

The apartment was really easy to find (once I’d realised there were two exits from the train station!) and less than 10 mins walk away. Extremely clear instructions from the host about how to access the property. It was extremely clean and had everything I needed. I found it quite quiet and had no problem with noise, even with the window open. I had an issue when I first arrived as the fridge wasn’t working. The host responded quickly and I had a replacement fridge the next morning so I was grateful it was sorted out quickly! It is extremely hot in the flat, it was extremely hot weather but there was a floor fan provided so that definitely helped. Absolutely loved the shower! As a solo female traveller, the apartment felt really safe and so did the area. I would definitely book there again if I’m ever back in Cologne!

Fairly close to city center

I booked an apartment on this leg of the journey (instead of a hotel) as I needed a washing machine and dryer. However, the washing machine and dryer were not in the apartment. They were shared. And other people's laundry was left in them. Also the dryer was not a real dryer (tumble dryer). It was a condensation dryer, which takes hours to dry and wrinkles all of the clothes. Anyway, I couldn't get access to the dryer because of the queue, so I had to hang clothes around the apartment. However, I only had four hangers. Also, there was only one key and my holiday mate did't want to do the same activities as me. When I asked for a second key, saying that I would pay for it, the answer was no.

Bedding linen felt really rough. It affected my sleep. No AC. It was really hot in the room. The curtain wasn’t big enough to block all the sun light.

Clean little apartment with all the essentials just minutes from the station. Easy check in with lockbox. Bed super comfy!

If you sleep early and need the windows open in summer, there’s a loud restaurant just outside. No issue if you sleep around 23-00!

Very good for few nights, especially if you wake up early and maybe not in hot summer.

Very clean, spacious, everday goods were provided. Self Check-in was very well explained. The property is super close to the central station.

In summer it can get very hot inside and even with all windows closed (then you don’t get fresh air which is bad in summer) you hear all noises from outside as if there were no windows. So be prepared to wake up early as cars start going and people passing by chatting. Also the pillows were quite hard, so the inner part I mean, wasn’t giving in when putting my head down.

Location is perfect!

The location! Great views, easy walking distance to the train station, the Cathedral, and other sights. Great bakery doors away and many restaurant choices close by. Elevator for luggage to higher floors, but one set of stairs , so wouldn’t be good if one had mobility concerns.

The bed & pillows were uncomfortable and there are stains on dining chairs. Needs a refresh.

Not a pleasant staying experience.

Location

Apartment is very small, very noise from outside restaurant downstairs. Shower room design is not good enough, water is easily to leak to outside. Shower room hot water is not hot enough. The kitchen stove area does’t have any ventilation fan. The laundry room has one set of washing & dryer which is shared by the entire apartment including cleaning lady need to wash the bed sheets and towels. Basically you have no chance to clean your clothes.

The location was great for us.

It’s very small with no storage for suitcases. No bedside lights but there wasn’t room for them. Overall it wasn’t anything to make us not want to stay there again. A toaster would have been nice but there wasn’t room. 😄

Great location and brand new

The location is simply perfect. You don't even need a taxi from the train station; you just walk. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries nearby. The whole check-in/out process is smooth and easy. The apartment has brand new equipment, it is quiet and clean.

This place is wonderful

I am satisfied with everything. Now I am in love with this place and felt myself like being at cozy home🥰 All details are made for the comfortable accomodation. Warm floor in the kitchen and the bathroom is soooo good in winter time. I would like to come back.

Excellent place to stay in Cologne on the calmer side of the train station. The location is convenient, with restaurants, a bakery and a convenient store nearby that opens late. Key collection was super easy. The apartment was clean, and the windows blocked out street noise very well.

The curtains and blinds are just a little too narrow and short to completely block out street lights.

The check-in was just perfect, thank you very much! I found the apartment easily, and was pleasantly surprised to see Kölner Dom out of the window. The apartment is very cozy and well-designed, with absolutely everything at hand.

Wonderful spacious single studio

Modern, clean, well equipped spacious single studio. Easy to check in, friendly messages from owner and very clear instructions for the use of the room and how to check out. Shower was super powerful! Fantastic! I loved the coffee machine but without milk it wasn't good for me: perhaps you'd consider leaving some little milks that have long best before dates? Not a criticism as it was absolutely fantastic.
