I highly recommend it, very much worth it
It’s very well taken care of. It has all the equipment necessary and even more, all in good condition and the thing that stands out is that the decor is really cozy and you can tell that there was a lot of thought and work behind it
There was nothing that we didn’t like. I have to mention one incident that was taken care of very professionally thought. The water heater in the bathroom broke while we were staying there but we understand that this is something unpredictable that can happen at any time. It certainly wasn’t the property’s fault since everything was very clean and new and taken care of. In addition the hostess replied immediately to our question about the matter, was very willing to help and took all the possible measures to fix it and accommodate us. Very professional in general.

Nice appartment in a good location
The apartment is in an excellent location. Very comfy beds. All of the amenities you need.
The appartment itself is an interesting layout and the host has done very well with the space however some areas like the kitchen felt somewhat cramped. And there was a lack of natural light for me personally but plenty of nice lighting to suffice

De locatie en het appartement. De indeling is leuk en ideaal voor mensen die als collega's het appartement gebruiken.
Het enige wat tegen viel was de badkamer. De afvoer leek verstopt waardoor je snel moest douchen om geen overstroming te krijgen.

Отличное расположение. Недалеко большой супермаркет и рестораны. До центральной торговой улицы примерно 10-15 минут пешком, до Собора - 25 минут. Хороший дворик. В квартире очень много различной посуды и прочей утвари. Также было всё необходимое для душа и мытья посуды.
Квартира находится в дворе, куда мало попадает солнце. Часть квартиры находится в полуподвале. Из-за всего вышесказанного было немного прохладно и сыровато. Соседи во дворе временами покуривали травку. Подтекала стиральная машина и плохо уходила вода в душе. Хозяева любезно предлагали свои помощь в решении данных вопросов, но мы справились своими силами.

Дуже чисте та затишне житло. Всі зручності. Нас було четверо, двоє дорослих та двоє дітей 11 років - місця достатньо! Дуже хороша комунікація з власником житла та чіткі інструкції щодо заїзду. Дуже зручна локація, близько до центру та багато автобусних зупинок. Дуже тихе та спокійне місце.

Sehr gute Lage, alle wichtigen Orte sind schnell erreichbar – auch die Kölner Messe und weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Sie ist gut aufgeteilt, verfügt über zwei Badezimmer, eine Kaffeemaschine und einen schönen Gemeinschaftsraum. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr bemüht und geht auf individuelle Wünsche ein. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft zu einem günstigen Preis.
