Great hospitality!

Ivana is a very sweet and welcoming host. I love the fact that is a family business! You notice this in all the details that provide a sense of home: small kitchen with fridge and microwave/oven; great coffee machine with selected coffee; hot water cooker and large selection of tea tastes; 4 free wonderful smoothies in the fridge.

Great stay at a convenient location

Perfect location close to the station an the city center. Supermarket is also nearby. The beds were great and the kitchenette also served its purpose.

The kitchenette had basic cutlery, but a bit more would have been nice.

Well maintained and clean. Good location, near to the train station and the Dom. Lovely view of the cathedral from the kitchen! Comfy beds, good shower. Friendly staff who let us store our bags once we’d checked out. Would highly recommend.

Excellent super clean apartment, very centrally located yet in a quiet area.

Marina met us on the day we arrived and explained the code system for the front door and the door to our apartment. She was super nice and helpful. We were also allowed to leave our luggage since we had early/late flights on arriving/departing. The apartment is very clean - felt like it was all new. There's a small kitchen supplied with anything you need to prepare some meals (except for oven). There's also a coffee machine. Very decently sized room with a huge comfy bed and pillows.

It got hot during the night however I could easily sleep without the duvet.

Perfect location- 5 minutes walk to main station and 10 minutes to cathedral. Friendly, welcoming and accommodating host. Clean, cozy and comfortable apartment with everything you’d need.

Good value! Very basic!

The property is great value for the money. If you are looking for luxury not the place. Everything is very basic and very clean. But for 4 of us to be able to stay for that price - we were very happy! Lots of space and very helpful people. It worked well!

Excellent stay

The location of the property is perfect - very quiet, central, close to the railway station which in many cities is a negative point, but not in this case. There are also bus stops, subway stations, supermarkets and great restaurants nearby. The view of the cathedral was amazing, day and night. The room temperature was very comfortable, the place is spacious and bright, but has blackout curtains for people sensitive to light during sleep (such as me). The locking system is super convenient and all the staff that we met were kind and helpful.

I only missed some kind of hanger for coats in the hall.

Location to main area, nice apartment with elevator

We were on the 4th floor, convenient elevator to the apartment, The apartment was big with 2 bedrooms but 1 bathroom. The location of this apartment is like 3 min walk from Koln Bahnoff. It is next to the Marriott and very safe in the night, lots of taxis there as well. apartment was big size, rooms were good size with oversize windows and all could open.

Central location in Cologne

The location is excellent...5 mins walk from the main train station, 7 mins to the medieval gate with great coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Marina at reception was very helpful and friendly. We loved the keyless entry...no more searching for keys! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was powerful. The apartment was spotless and the full size fridge was very handy. The street is very quiet and there was no noise, even with windows open.

There is no air con which could be a problem in very hot weather but the free standing fan was perfectly sufficient in September.

Worth the money and convenient location.

The place was very nice and clean, it included one time cleaning services because of the longer staying and not only they changed the towels, restocked supplies, cleaned the room, but also washed the dishes. Bed was comfortable, most necessary supplies were provided. Apartments are very close to the cathedral and around 30 minutes from tourist destinations. I also asked them if there was any way to provide a hair straightener or a hair diffuser and they provided the hair diffuser, which seemed brand new, thank you so much for that!

There were some supplies I was expecting, but they weren’t provided. Such as toothpaste, sponge etc. But overall it was perfect, the only thing that could have made the stay more pleasant is extra trash bags.

3 nights in Cologne

Great location just outside the centre near some good restaurants, bakeries and places for a late night kolsch. Easy check in and electronic door entry meant no worries about who had the key. Plenty of space and loved the balcony

You won’t regret booking this place.

The apartment is close to the Hbf so very convenient for travel. The apartment was large, light and airy. Every element was clean, tidy and well appointed. The bed was exceptional, I have never slept so well. We were welcomed in person and felt that if we had any needs (we didn’t) we would be looked after. I would happily stay here again.

You can find fault with anything if you try hard enough. I have two bits of constructive feedback. 1. The shower cubical wasn’t very big 2. The towels weren’t very big. I am a big man however, so this might not be an issue for you and it was a very minor thing for me. I loved it here.

Clean and convenient to major attractions.

We enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean the accommodation was very convenient to major attractions - cathedral and Ludwig museum. We stayed in room 34 which had a view of the cathedral spires and was more spacious than our other room (standard - room 10). The kitchenette was also handy. Would recommend.

I thought there was a microwave oven, but there wasn't. We were used to it at home.
