The owner is really nice. The apartment and garden are beautiful and well taken care of. The apartment is clean. The bed is comfortable.
The soundproofing is really poor. Unfortunately we could not sleep until after 2 am both nights we stayed. People talking in the garden or in the basement apartment sound like they are inside and one night people next door were having a party.

The location and the flat itself. Nice, clean, comfortable.
The garbage bins below the windows are nothing nice. I would put them into some box or behind some wall. And the yard would look much better if it were a bit more organised and cleaner.

Spacious, clean and very well-equipped.
Lovely quiet area and welcoming host.
Felt very safe and comfortable.
Nothing of note, only for my own safety a handle for getting in/out of shower would be helpful.
