The owner Lady is horrible and unbelievable.-for God sake dont Book this Appartment-

There is no liking in the Appartment I would recommend not book this appartment for God sake. The owner Lady is horrible and unbelievable. After booking this Apartment, called the lady and informed that I will be check-in at 9:00pm instead 8:00PM. so she said okay. in the evening she called around 5:30PM and informed me, I should be at 8:00PM sharp in front of the door. its not polite though. So, i was in tension, because I need to travel from other city. So, I took a CAB instead TRAIN and it's cost me 170Euros to reach the Apartment. Finally reached the Appartment at 7:15.then I called the lady owner. she is not at all picking up the call and It was raining, we were waiting outside in Rain. then She came at 8:01PM and hand over the keys.

Don’t expect anything from the host.

The location is perfect, everything needed is nearby.

The host. Probably the worst host we ever had. We agreed via booking chat with the host (later found out we talked with the agency) that we will do a late check-in and accepted to pay extra 20€ for that service. We were told that late check in is doable but we should notify the owner directly at least 1 hour prior to arrival. We notified the owner at 8pm that we will arrive in about 3 hrs. The reply we received was the worst reply you can get. “What do you think reacing out at 8pm, no one is available”. We saw that message after we landed around 22:30. We wrote emails, on booking and even called the number they provided and where just ignored although we were told that late check in is arrangable. So we had to book another accomodation for the night of our arrival, as they were probably expecting from us to sleep on the street. Just to note, we booked the accomodation for 7 days, and expected to arrive on a friday. However, as our flight got cancelled we arrived on Monday. The owner first told us that she did not know about our arrangement with the agency. And then the agency told us that the late check in was agreed for friday and not monday - they knew our flight got cancelled and that we will arrive on Monday evening. The next day the owner Claudia didn’t show up but sent somebody else, who had no idea about this issue. Even when we asked for a late check out we where just told No. If you travel late at night don’t expect any help from this host. They’re not flexible, nor do they have any understanding to the issues you might be experiencing and can’t influence.

it was a very nice stay, but it is not worth the value for money. absolutely too expensive for what it is. the lady who

the property was very spacious, very nicely organised and in a very good location

the bathroom wasn't so so good, old and the water would splash sometimes.

It is a pary-loft and target group are people staying one night

It is not what I expected for the money. Seriously, if this would have been an apartment where someone would live in, than I am fine with the cleanliness and so on. But I truely believe this apartment is frequently more used for couples staying one night, if you understand what I mean... The furniture is all white and not really clean. There are weird spots on it. Did not look any further into it and tried to ignore what might usually happens in this room. I stayed there for my work week but it did not fit for this occasion at all: The loaction (Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring, famous for illegal car racing) is very loud and there are a lot of bars and clubs close by, which also added into my first suggestions how long and why people usually book this place. There are several glases which you also get from clubs if you order a bottle of champagne on ice. Again...its just a weird place. There is no Christoph-Host at all. I just talked with a woman on the phone who works for company renting out apartments. They should just change their way of advertising their apartments and all is fine and honest. I seriously would not have booked this apartment if I would have known beforehand that it is more a one-night-party-loft. The lady on the phone and the guy from the restaurant are nice, though.

Okay, aber nicht unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen.

Lage war gut. Die Größe des Appartements war für zwei Personen ausreichend.

In der Nacht recht laut, da mehrere Bars und ein Club in direkter Nähe sind. Der Check-in war sehr schlecht und ohne jegliches Entgegenkommen seitens der Unterkunft: Wir konnten erst nach über vier Stunden einchecken, obwohl uns die Check-In Zeit vorher von der Unterkunft bestätigt worden war. Der Service war dementsprechend sehr mangelhaft und die Schuld wurde ständig bei jemand anderem gesucht. Die Sauberkeit war besonders im Badezimmer nicht sonderlich gut und der Duschkopf war kaputt, beziehungsweise nur provisorisch an einer Tüte befestigt. In der Küche war wenig Ausstattung vorhanden und wenn, dann war diese nicht sonderlich ansprechend, weswegen wir auf einen Gebrauch verzichtet haben. Wir haben immer wieder Silberfische in der Wohnung gehabt. Die Einrichtung auf den Bildern entspricht nicht ganz der Realität.

J'étais vraiment déçu de l'appartement beaucoup de choses qui manquait tv machine a café ......par rapport au photos sur votre site ,et en plus il y'avait une discothèque a côté c'était vraiment la galère la nuit impossible de dormir jusqu'à 8h du matin des cris des bagare avec les bière 🍺 c'était vraiment insupportable.

Frühstück war nicht inkludiert, die Lage war phänomenal, das Besteck und Geschirr in der Wohnung war leider sehr wenig.. es gab eine Waschmaschine und auch einen Trockner, einen sauberen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle!

Das Besteck und Geschirr.. teilweise kaputt und viel zu wenig. Wir haben in der Wohnung gekocht und sind schwer ausgekommen mit dem, was dort verfügbar war.
