Wonderful flat
Spacious and clean flat. Interior is nicely decorated and designed. The host is friendly and helpful.
The only thing which is missing is a door to the bedroom. And as the floor is cold… bring along some slippers…

Sehr schön ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss
Sehr hochwertig ausgestattete 1 Zimmer Wohnung. Es gibt einen Schlafbereich, der aber nicht wirklich abgetrennt ist und einen Küchen und Wohnzimmer Bereich. Die Ausstattung ist schön und funktional und alles top gepflegt.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat mit Milchglasoptik verklebte Fenster. Das ist sicherlich Geschmackssache. Die Lage ist relativ ruhig in Köln Nippes.

Die Unterkunft war sauber,schön eingerichtet und komfortabel. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten (Fön, Kaffee etc) und es war alles sehr sauber und frisch (Handtücher,Bettzeug etc). Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage in Nippes und man ist schnell zu Fuß überall (Cafés,Bank,Kiosk,einkaufen). .Auch zur U-Bahn sind es nur ca 10 Min Fußweg.

Es war perfekt.
Es war einfach alles perfekt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Leider hatten wir nur eine Übernachtung, aber vielleicht haben wir beim nächsten Mal ja mehr Zeit. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Struttura bella e comoda
La casa è grande e ben riscaldata ma si tratta di un unico locale, anche la camera da letto non ha la porta; i letti e il divano sono molto comodi e la doccia molto grande. In cucina c'è il necessario per quattro persone. Checkout comodo. Il WiFi funzionava bene, il televisore grande. È su una strada poco trafficata.
Le finestre affacciano proprio sulla strada. Il pavimento è da rifare. Non ci sono la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice indicate. Il parcheggio su strada costa 2€ l' ora quindi dalle 15 alle 21 ho pagato 12€ e non 5: bisognava pagare dall' App e non al parcometro, peccato che non mi abbiano avvertito.

Wochenentrip einer Freundesgruppe
Sehr modern eingerichtete und top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die S-Bahnstation und ein Bäcker sind in laufnähe und man ist sehr schnell am HBF. Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir als Freundesgruppe hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft nur sehr empfehlen!
