3 Night Stay over Carnival Weekend

Clean and well furnished, comfortable bed, nice facilities, great location, shops, Cafés, nightlife nearby. Easy to access, clear check in & out instructions

It was a studio, which meant when booking for 3 adults, we all had to stay in the same room

Family stay for Christmas in Köln

The place was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The popcorn machine added a fun touch and the projector created fun moments to wind down with the whole family. The kitchen came equipped with more than enough dishware and silverware along with a nice coffee maker.

It was a little far from the town, but at least It was near a grocery store. The floor heaters were nice it was hard to find the perfect temperatura. While the place provided a shampoo and body wash in one, we would have preferred a conditioner, shampoo, and body wash that were seperate.

Clean, spacious, beautiful, central , comfortable house with all sort of extras . It was beautiful to stay here with our friends . The private parking space was a great extra Near restaurants, supermarkets and public transport .

Marcel and the team were excellent. Clean, nice layout and easy to get access. They were always happy to help. It's also a short walk to the train station for heading to Cologne which is very helpful.

Very good location, very lively neighbourhood, not far from the centre.

The location was great. The room was very tidy and spacious, the beds were comfortable and the utilities were clean. We were able to sleep well, the coffee machine was good, there is a store (Netto) very close nearby. The neighbourhood has a lot of restaurants and so on and it's very easy to reach the centre via the S-Bahn.

Depending on the room that you are in (i.e. the side that it is facing) and the time that you visit (e.g. during the weekend) there may be some noise from the nearby bars and clubs and so on but it's fine.

Amazing property, very clean and comfortable, I will be back.

The space was very contemporary, with nice furnishings and comfortable bedrooms. The washroom facilities were top notch. The coffee machine was fantastic, some of the best coffee I have ever had. The place was quiet and clean. The link to the website specific to the room was a great idea, and we referred to it several times.

There was not much to complain about. I reported that the bathroom door was not adjusted properly and that it was eventually going to damage the floor. The room was warm on a cool day, but with windows on both sides the cross-flow cooled the space quickly.

Love it! Plenty of space, the kids loved it so much they wished we’d stay here longer instead of other apartments we had stayed on this trip. Very modern and easy to get to, check in instructions are spot on.

Really beautiful apartment, well equipped. Fully accessible with baby pram or wheelchair

Very nice, new, sooo comfortable and perfectly clean apartment. If you miss something, the staff might refill it in a few days. Definitely want to come again.

Very minor disadvantage is that the apartment is very spacious, with concrete ceiling and stairs - it looks fabulous and cool.. but on the other hand..every little the sound goes through the whole apartment. Might be a bit disturbing if you want to sleep and other use the kitchen. But not a big deal.

Sehr komfortable Unterkunft in super Lage

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und groß. Jeder hatte Platz um sich auch mal zurückzuziehen. Besonders die PS5 Ecke wurde gut benutzt. Der Check In war einfach und die dazugehörigen Parkplätze waren sehr praktisch.

Leider war das Wasser zum duschen nicht immer warm. Das hat etwas gestört.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce logement. Il était plus que propre, parfaitement entretenu et équipé de tout le nécessaire, ce qui rend le séjour très confortable. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Les hôtes ont été géniaux, très accueillants et surtout compréhensifs et arrangeants concernant notre changement de nombre de personnes. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! ☺️

EL alojamiento nos resultó muy comodo, las habitaciones super grandes, todo muy bien equipado sobre todo la cocina, tambien les dimos buen uso tambien al lavarropas. Es ideal para familias. El lugar está certa de los medios de transportes que te conectan a todos lados, hay supermercados en los alrededores. Tambien nos animamos a ir caminando hasta el Centro, es un poco lejos, pero nos gustó la experiencia porque pudimos conocer esa parte de Koln. La limpieza y el orden Impecable!. Lindos detalles como la cafetera con granos de café lista para usar. Recomiendo este lugar

Vi hade inte förstått att bilderna var från olika lägenheter så vi hade förväntningar som ej levdes upp till så de skulle man va tydligare med. Vi hade tydligen en lägenhet med tv-spel vilket inte va något vi behövde. Vi hade sett fram emot hängmattan och popcorn maskinen. Kylen fick vi torka ut.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer sehr sauberen 1-Zimmer-Wohnung

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment, sehr aufmerksam: die mit Kaffeebohnen gefüllte Kaffeemaschine und eine Milch im Kühlschrank! Das Kochfeld war offensichtlich defekt, es wurde aber ein zwei Platten-Kochfeld mit Netzstecker zur Verfügung gestellt.

Ein Duschvorhang wäre gut, damit beim Duschen nicht das halbe Bad nass wird. Die Anleitung für den Check-In sind gut, leider stand beim Check-Out ein falscher Code für die Schlüsselbox, wodurch sich das Ganze verzögert hat.

Außergewöhnlicher wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir sind als Mädelsgruppe angereist. Das Apartment ist wunderschön. Sehr sauber, tolle Ausstattung und sehr schicke Details. Wir sind mit einem VW Bus angereist und haben daher vor Anreise telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen. Uns wurde direkt geholfen. Wir haben einen speziellen Parkplatz in der Garage bekommen. Große Klasse! Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt. Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen nochmal. 😊
