Great location, beautiful apartment, and excellent hosting.

Beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds. We wanted to go to Cologne but we ended up staying in Leverkusen, nice Christmas market, great shopping and not crowed.

It’s an old building with thin walls, but we were also quite noisy, so that didn’t help.

We loved it!

Family of 4 with kids at 13 and 11. We stayed there for three nights after an eight-day-theme-park-trip, to relax, shop in Köln, visit the Cathedral, and the Zoo. We loved the apartment, which is why we gave it a 10; however, we also want to be fair. We have a few pointers on what we didn't like. But the apartment is fantastic itself. Great beds, great kitchen, good bathroom, and a large living room. It's very spacious and very modern. The host is also quick to respond, and we had no problem at all there. The apartment is perfect, and we would definitely stay there again. The neighbourhood is also great and not great. It has a good bakery close by and a really good grocery store close.

The location for our purpose was not ideal, but it's less expensive, and we had researched the location, so we knew what to expect. The neighbourhood isn't that great either, really, with a pub/nightclub playing loud music at night. It woke my wife up, but not me and the kids. Also, there lives a future marathon runner upstairs. The future athlete starts training every morning at 7.00, and you can hear the running quite well in your apartment. But who travels to sleep in? The parking is not ideal. It's not a challenging walk to the parking garage, but it's still 10 min walk or so, but it didn't bother us (just telling people what to expect). Last thing and the worst part is taking out the garbage, which they ask you to do (which is no problem at all). But my strong recommendation to our wonderful hosts is to stop asking people to go down to that creepy AF basement. It's old, damp, dirty, and you kinda expect to run into Josef Fritzl down there. But again, we loved the apartment and highly recommend it, we really do :)

Excellent overall experience we were a family of four adults.

Very nice host and the apartment is very well kept. Location is excellent, quiet enough and very clear to restaurants and some shopping and easily accessible to areas around.

Some issues with the boiler for hot water, but it was functional once we understood how to operate it.

Worst Airbnb experience wouldn't recommend

Beautiful looking apartment though what ruins it is it's location, parking issues and others listed below

Very rundown area where the apartment is and wasn't expecting this. On arrival found out that the parking is nowhere near the property. Not good when you're a family of four, have your food, your air fryer tc, wouldn't have booked it if I had known. It shouldn't list parking as nearby when it clearly isn't. So we get there and it takes us 2 hours to figure out where the parking is and then 8 trips to the car later and 800m walk each way and we finally get in our room. Then as we leave the next day for a day out charged 22 euros in parking when its supposed to be free. And only got a qr code for the parking after we had left. We were late checking out 10.10 because we had to take all our luggage in stages to our car with 2 kids in tow. During our last load the cleaner had gone into our room without our permission. We started taking things to the car at 8.45 so shows how long it takes and how ridiculously far away it is. Really don't recommend at all. We are on a six week summer road trip stayed at a lot of places and this is the worst by far.

I contacted the owner several times, every time a response was fast and helpful. Great quality of the apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, great beds.

Pillows were uncomfortable. Location was ok, it depends on purpose of vacation. 20 min ride to centre of Cologne.

Fantastisch appartement met alles erop en eraan.

Het was zeer schoon. En alles was aanwezig in het appartement. Ook de bedden waren heerlijk. Je kon makkelijk in contact komen met de eigenaresse.

Top Lage auch für die Messe (45 min.) Bahnfahrt. Und top Ausstattungumd Qualität

Alles war super sauber und hat problemlos geklappt. Alle Mails usw. kamen rechtzeitig und die Organisation war top. Parkhaus sehr eng, aber machbar und klasse dass es vorhanden ist.

Die Bewohner über dem Appartement waren sehr laut mit ihren Kindern. Das war etwas anstrengend!

空間很大，屋主很用心的裝飾每一個角落，廚房設備很齊全，還提供好喝的星巴克膠囊咖啡，床很舒服很好睡，附近環境很方便，走路3分鐘就有超市，營業到晚上12點，提供免費停車，停車場也很近，對於開車的人很有幫助。位置在2樓，就是實際上要向上爬一層樓的2樓，有電梯，所以搬運行李完全不是問題。回覆訊息都很快，所有的指示也都很清楚，服務很好。

洗澡的熱水會有一些狀況，好幾次都突然只剩很冰的冷水，要很小心調整才能保持有熱水，洗澡空間有些窄。

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir in diese Gegend fahren

Die Unterkunft war frisch renoviert sehr hell und modern eingerichtet. Die Betten waren super bequem und die Küchenausstattung war top. Wir hatten sogar Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank und Teeteebeutel sowie Kaffeekapseln. die Lage war ebenfalls klasse. In 2 Minuten waren wir in der Fußgängerzone.

Es gibt nichts was ich kritisieren könnte.
