Чистота оставляет желать лучшего: пыль и жир с части поверхностей просто никто не вытирает Кое-что сломано или очень хлипко починено Комплект кухонной посуды местами скудный: нет большой кастрюли, разделочная доска только одна, ножи губного размера и все тупые и тп Вентиляторы в санузлах живут своей жизнью

Apartamento muy confortable para visitar Colonia
El apartamento es muy amplio, moderno y confortable. Tiene calefacción radial y no hace nada de frío. Cocina bien equipada y persianas con motor. Está en un barrio residencial sin tráfico ni ruido. Hay un Lidl a unos 7 minutos andando, justo al lado de la estación de tren.
Las almohadas no son demasiado cómodas, se podrían mejorar. Está a 28 minutos en tren de la estación central.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich gut Ausgestattet und bietet super viel Platz. Vermieterin ist super nett und antwortet wirklich schnell bei Fragen.

superbe appartement mais proximité des voisins problématique
superbe appartement, très bien équipé et parfaitement conforme au descriptif fait sur le site. Emplacement parfait. Commerces et boulangerie à moins de 10min à pied pour les repas. Lits très confortables. Hôtes attentionnés et disponibles pour les conseils.
Très grande proximité des voisins. Impossible d'utiliser la terrasse ou de garder les fenêtres ouvertes sans les déranger, à moins d'être absolument silencieux, ce qui n'est pas le cas quand on part en week-end à 7.
