Good host, close to city, good location, enjoyable stay.

Proactive and easy communications with Berat. It was perfect for a family with 3 kids (it has a main bedroom and 4 single beds, where most other places have sleeper couches). Good location and easy to get to on the local trains, with a relatively short commute to central Koln. Close to shops and a few restaurants, but it wasn’t noisy at all. We were staying in Koln during Christmas market time, and there was a market close by in Stadtgarten Koln, which we loved. We had a really comfortable stay.

Not much to quibble about … although neither bathroom had shower gel in the containers.

Great flat

Such a nice apartment that includes all the necessary utilities for a perfect stay. The flat was on the ground floor which is easy to access. 3 separate rooms and separate wc area is great. Beds are comfortable. The area is also nice.

As a group we had so much fun exploring koln and comfort while being at the apartment

Very comfy and in very good position for going anywhere both by feet or metro/train. The apartment had everything for any necessity and never felt I needed something else.

Nice group location for a short stay to visit Koln.

Location in a nice neighborhood with nice shops, bakery close by and suitable for 6 adults. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and host Berat was very responsive.

The apartment doesn’t have a living room, but we solved it by gathering in one of the bedrooms. So not really a downside.

Scam! Schimmel, keine Parkplätze, kein Kontakt zu einem Verantwortlichen, niemand geht ans Telefon.

Das Badezimmer hat stark nach Schimmel gerochen, insgesammt kein guter Eindruck. Keine Parkplätze!!!! Lediglich Parkhäuser in der Umgebung, anders als beschrieben.

Es war alles wie Beschrieben. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war richtig gut! Der Kontakt war einfach und sehr schnell.

Teleurstellend en niet in verhouding met de prijs door alle gebreken.

De ligging was optimaal voor een bezoek aan Köln.

De vloer in het woongedeelte was kapot. Een douche was verstopt en kon niet gebruikt worden. Daarnaast waren er twee slaapkamerdeuren die flink klemde door waterschade. Muren zitten onder vage vegen. De accommodatie is duidelijk toe aan een flinke opknapbeurt.

Las camas eran muy cómodas, todo estaba muy limpio y el alojamiento en general fue muy agradable. ¡Recomiendo totalmente la estancia! La comunicación con el anfitrión fue fácil y amable. La ubicación era tranquila pero bien conectada.

Tolle, moderne Ausstattung und top Lage! Gut geeignet für Gruppen.

Auf den ersten Blick war alles sauber, doch leider war die Sauberkeit sehr oberflächlich. In vielen Ecken lag Staub, wenn man die Kaffeemaschine vorgezogen hat, waren Kaffeeflecken zu sehen und die Spülmaschine war auch nicht sauber.
