We planned going to Phantasialand and Cologne therefore this place was a perfect spot with a high value for money ratio.

It was a perfect value for money option with a great location for my needs.

The design can be enhanced further to make it more cozy; decorations, paintings etc.

A tranquil place for a good nights sleep, close to road networks and a short drive to the Cologne

Lolita was a great host, we arrived fairly late but she waited for us. She pointed us in the right direction for food and also showed us a lovely space to walk our dog. The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was well equipped.

Honest reviews matter so you know what to expect

It's important for reviews to be accurate and honest. Since this place was new with only 2 reviews, I knew we were taking a chance to stay here. The location was great for what we needed. The location was clean, which included an attached bathroom and shower. There was good access to the main roads. Overall, the Oase was OK for what we needed but not great.

The panoramic pictures on the site are very misleading and do not properly represent the room offered. (one bedroom and a bathroom) The "Deluxe Double or Twin Room with Garden View w/ balony" = There is no balcony on this property but a 6 inch open ledge outside the window. No garden view = but a view over a covered patio. We had to arrange a time to meet with the host - they were outgoing and easy to schedule a time in the early afternoon. A contactless entry system would be better. They did not list AC with the apartment, but it was definitely warm (2nd wk June). Some kind of fan for sure would be needed in the coming weeks. The bedding was fresh and clean on the double bed, yet the twin bed in the corner had a mattress with no bedding on it at all.

Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed here during our visit to Phantasialand and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Free parking is available right next to the house, which is super convenient. The staff is incredibly friendly, speaks several languages, and communication was very easy. We had the ground floor apartment and enjoyed spending time in the brand-new winter garden – absolutely beautiful! The house is located in a quiet nature reserve, surrounded by meadows and forests – perfect for relaxing walks. Still, restaurants and shops are just a 5-minute drive away. One side of the house has a lovely garden view, the other faces a calm street. Peaceful, clean, close to Phantasialand – we’d love to come back anytime!

Le logement est petit mais très chaleureux et sympathique.

L'accessibilité et l'emplacement sont un point fort de ce logement, les transports en commun ne se trouve pas très loin. Il y a également une belle place de parking juste devant le logement. L'endroit est très tranquille et il n'y a pas de bruit parasite pouvant venir perturber votre séjour, le logement est bien insonorisé. Il est aussi très propre et des draps ainsi que des essuis sont fournis comme préciser. La propriétaire est très sympathique et polie, il était très facile de communiquer avec elle, elle nous a donné toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin.

Il serait appréciable d'avoir un moyen plus efficace de bloquer la lumière (comme un volet, ou un rideau plus opaque) dans les deux chambres afin de ne pas être perturbé par les rayons du soleil dès le petit matin.

Prima voor een paar nachtjes

We zochten een locatie tussen keulen en phantasialand, waar we met 2 tieners konden verblijven. Ze hadden een eigen slaapkamer. Dat was heel fijn

Je kon je eigen temperatuur niet bepalen, was geen thermostaat te vinden. De bank is heel erg laag, zat niet lekker voor de gemiddelde Nederlander.... het licht was erg fel. Als deze gedimt zou kunnen worden, was het beter geweest. De bedden redelijk, maar de kussen heel erg plat, niet super goed geslapen.

Angemessen, passend leicht zu erreichen

Wir sind sehr höflich und persönlich empfangen worden. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus! Alles sehr sauber, ordentlich und frisch renoviert. Die Räumlichkeiten waren zweckdienlich.

Wir sind mit 2 Hunden angereist. Die Buchungsbestätigung von Booking.com war gleichlautend. Als wir ankamen gab es in dieser Sache offenbar Missverständnisse die jedoch vor Ort geklärt werden konnten.

Kein Besteck und schon gar keinen Flaschenöffner. Kein Fernsehprogramm.Vermieter muss nach jedem Mietauszug das Fernsehprogramm auf den neuen Mieter einstellen und Programmhinweise geben.
