Highly recommended for big families visiting Cologne for a short stay.

Convenient location with nearby street parking. Spacious, comfortable. We were a group of 10 and there were enough beds for everyone. Smart TV with streaming services was greatly appreciated. Friendly and responsive host.

As the apartment fits 10+ people, the existence of a single toilet is a bit problematic, especially for longer stays. However, for one overnight stay, it was OK. Furniture a bit worn, but we didn’t mind.

Dark and strong smell of sewage

The property is in a dark cellar. Don’t be mistaken by the pictures. The furniture is run down and it smells of sewage. We could not sleep at all because if the smell and left into a Hotel. The host was not willing to help.

Unhealthy basement apartment with damp air, mold, pests, poor cleanliness and unsafe electrics.

The host was friendly via WhatsApp and acknowledged the issues, admitting the accommodation had these problems. However, he was not willing to provide a full refund.

The accommodation was damp, musty, and located in a basement with no proper ventilation. There was mold in the bathroom, pests inside, and overall cleanliness was very poor. In addition, there were unsafe electrical situations that made the place uninhabitable. We only stayed for about one hour and immediately informed the host about the situation when we left.

Cologne sous-sol living : décevant, rudimentaire, sombre

Arrivée autonome Tram proche pour rejoindre le centre

Machine à laver et lave vaisselle rempli à notre arrivée Logement pour soit disant 8 personnes avec 2 canapés lit, à notre arrivé 1 seul canapé lit avec un matelas au sol… honteux. Place de parking est en réalité la cour partagée avec d’autres logements Soit disant fournis essuies et linge de lit, 4 essuies pour 7 personnes et pas de housses de coussin. Lit déboîté à notre arrivée. Aucune fenêtre. Les mots « luxe », « opulent » et « élégance » devraient être remplacés

Solo tiene un baño para 10 personas , no tiene ventilación ni iluminación. La cocina es muy pequeña. La secadora no funcionaba . Es un sótano adaptado a departamento. Con muchas deficiencias.

Prima, maar kan beter.

Locatie is prima qua ligging t.o.v. metro. Rustig gelegen, dat is op zich wel fijn. Fijne buurt met op loopafstand restaurantjes, supermarkten, bakkers en cafés. Qua grote prima voor 4 personen, dit is ook het maximum voor het appartement.

De hygiëne in de douche. Schimmel. Is niet zo netjes. Koelkast stond aan, wat fijn is, maar in het vriezertje zat veel ijs aan de kanten. Niet zo fijn. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Nu wij daar geweest zijn, vind ik de prijs vrij aan de hoge kant. Het is niet in het centrum en er worden geen bijzondere faciliteiten aangeboden. Er staat een apparaat voor koffie. Let op, dit is géén gewone koffiefilter of nespresso. Geen idee waar je de cups kan kopen voor het apparaat. Er wordt reservering parkeerplaats aangeboden, wat niet mogelijk is. De auto moet je in de straat parkeren voor 5 Euro per dag. Als je geluk hebt kun je dichtbij parkeren, anders wordt het zoeken. Dit is niet om het appartement in een slecht daglicht te zetten, maar hopelijk wordt bovenstaande opgepakt door de eigenaar.

Prostorné a pohodlné postele. Klidné prostředí. Výborně se nám spalo. Kdo rád chodí, docházková dostupnost do centra města (cca 5,5 km). Dostatečné informace, jak se do ubytování dostat. Velmi milý hostitel. Průběžně zjišťoval, zda nám něco nechybí.

V popisu je uvedeno parkování zdarma v objektu s nutností rezervace. Ve skutečnosti zarezervovat místo nešlo, hostitel odkázal na možná volná místa v okolních ulicích. Zde se platí 5EUR za den. Wifi fungovala jen trochu a občas.

Von Luxus wenig Spur

Die 8 vorhanden Betten waren sehr bequem und das fehlende Besteck wurde uns unverzüglich gebracht als wir darauf hinwiesen das es nicht vollzählig vorhanden sei. Auch durften wir bereits eher in die Unterkunft als angegeben und unser Gepäck schonmal abstellen. Es gab in jedem Raum Ventilatoren.

Mit Luxus, Opulent und Elegant hat das wenig zu tun! Appartement ist nicht ausgelegt aus eine Gruppe von 10 Personen, es gibt nur 8 Betten, die anderen müssen auf einer Klappmatratze provisorisch im Wohn-/Essbereich schlafen. Des weiteren gibt es nur ein Schlafzimmer und den Wohnbereich der mit Fenstern belüftet werden kann. Die anderen Räume sind ohne Fenster und können nicht durchlüftet werden. Die Küche roch sehr muffig und modrig und der Wand nach zu urteilen auch von Schimmel befallen.

Einfache, überteuerte selbstrenovierte Kellerwohnung in guter Lage. Bedrohung durch Vermieter.

Lage und Sauberkeit waren gut.

Von LUXus wie der Preis (865 Euro für 2 Nächte) und der Name der Unterkunft andeuteten keine Spur. Eine dunkle selbst renovierte Kellerwohnung haben wir vorgefunden. Die Unterkunftsfotos bei booking waren wohl im Nachbar(Keller)Appartement aufgenommen. Keine Fenster, ausser im ebenerdigen Schlafzimmer. Heizung im Schlafzimmer war ein nicht gerade vertrauenserweckernder Radiator. In der Küche ebenfalls keine Heizung. Einrichtung im Retro-(Flohmarkt)-Stil mit überall herumfahrenden Stromkabeln und Mehrfachfachsteckdosen. Achtung Nachtrag - Bedrohung durch den Vermieter: Nachdem ich die Unterkunft 2 Tage nach dem Aufenthalt mit dieser Bewertung eingestuft hatte, kontaktierte mich der Vermieter und drohte mir, ich solle die Bewertung umgehend löschen, andernfalls werde er meine Firma (ich war geschäftlich in Köln) ebenfalls schlecht bewerten. Das hat er dann am nächsten Tag auch tatsächlich gemacht. Das geht gar nicht! Erneuter Nachtrag: Mittlerweile habe ich 3 negative 1-Sternebewertungen auf google vom Vermieter erhalten. Hier die Original-Nachricht mit der er mich bedroht hat: "Du bist aber sehr schlau. Erst forderst du eine Rechnung von mir dann setzt du mich unter Druck und dann schreibst im Anschluss so eine blöde Bewertung. Auf meinen Anruf reagierst du auch nicht. Sehr hinterhältig und unverschämt wie ich finde. Willst du einfach mein Business kaputt machen. Wenn du diese Bewertung nicht umgehend entfernst, werde ich nicht zögern, Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, die auch deinem Ruf und deinem Geschäft schaden. Ich hoffe, dass du dir darüber im Klaren bist, was so ein Verhalten auslösen kann."

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt u

Das beste an der Wohnung ist eindeutig der Gastgeber. Nedir war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat sich mehrfach bei uns gemeldet und nachgefragt, ob wir noch etwas benötigen. Wenn wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten konnte er uns immer sofort weiterhelfen. Wir waren für 10 Nächte mit 8 Personen in der Wohnung. Es war genügend Platz vorhanden für eine Gruppe dieser Grösse. Das Wohnzimmer war sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Zudem hat man direkten Zugang zu einer Terasse. Die Lage ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier. Die nächste ÖV Haltestell ist in 4-5‘ zu Fuss erreichbar und bringt dich in 10‘ ins Stadtzentrum.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas Dunkel und hat nicht so viele Fenster.
