A pleasant stay for small family or group.

Easy communication with the host.

Poor ventilation. It was not easy to open ground floor window and there were few spots of moulds on ceiling and walls. Not good if one of you suffers from asthma.

Lovely near new apartment.. super quiet, well equipped. Would recommend!

Beautiful modern apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Washing machine was definitely helpful. Apartment was clean and neat. Super quiet!! Location was ok.. not too far to walk for a tram. Area looked a little sketchy compared to other cities we had been at but never felt unsafe.

Only thing I would suggest would be replacing the large dining table with a l-shaped sofa. The dining table was useful but a sofa would have been nicer to relax on in the evenings. The breakfast bar was sufficient for meals!

Well equipped apartment, bit overpriced for the overall experience

Private parking in front of the apartment, fully equipped with all furnishings, appliances and in very good state. Hosts helpful, supermarkets and restaurants within 5 mins walking.

Main bedroom and bathroom in basement without good ventilation and without good natural lighting. The floor seemed like it was vacuumed well but not mopped.

Beautiful appartement, nicely decorated in a calm neighbourhood.

Everything was perfect the only thing missing was curtains in the window by the entrance. Curtains for some privacy would be nice.

Hübsches Apartment in Ehrenfeld, nur kleine Abstriche

Schönes, toll eingerichtetes Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Das eine Schlafzimmer (ein Doppelbett + ein Einzelbett) waren im Keller, ebenfalls das große Badezimmer mit Dusche. Im EG befindet sich ein Gästeklo, ein Doppelbett (in einem kleinen Raum abgetrennt) und eine Küche+Essbereich. Als Familie zu viert oder zwei Paare und ein Kleinkind ist es super geeignet. Zur U-Bahn sind es nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg und REWE/Bäcker/Kiosk/Imbisse sind alle super nah.

Rollos auch im Keller wären toll, durch das Fenster ist es trotzdem recht hell. Etwas mehr Gläser wären super und ein Sofa wäre noch schön gewesen. Es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten an der Bar oder Esstisch, jedoch ist es da auch relativ eng und ein Sofa wäre noch eine bequeme Möglichkeit für abends.

Tolle moderne und saubere Wohnung in zentraler und doch sehr ruhiger Lage mit eigenem Parkplatz.

Gute Lage, modern ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Parkplatz vor dem Haus war super. Obwohl es mitten in der Stadt liegt, war es extrem ruhig.

Es war nicht so leicht die Einfahrt zu finden. Das Parken im Hof war etwas beengt. Von meinem Bett (oben) konnte ich das Licht nicht ausmachen.

Een goed schoon appartement op een goede locatie

Het appartement was grotendeels compleet. Het was schoon en netjes. Ook de locatie in keulen en de afstand tot het centrum was erg prettig. De bedden sliepen lekker. Er was een ruime badkamer met lekkere douche. Er was een wasmachine aanwezig. De twee toiletten is erg prettig voor vijf personen.

We misten op de locatie een schoonloopmat binnen bij de deur. Door het natte weer werd de hele gang vies en nat. Er was ook geen bezem of dweil beschikbaar om het zelf schoon te maken. We miste ook een schaar en drie grote borden. Er is geen lekkere zithoek met bank aanwezig en de eettafel met stoelen is vrij krap, maar voldoende voor een weekend.
