Easy parking and good location. The apartment was very nicely decorated and modern, it was good.
Only window for any airflow is by entry door and only opens like 6 inches making it very difficult to get any airflow particularly if you are sleeping in the 1st floor bedroom, much cooler in the basement room. The apartment is otherwise great and even a fan would make a huge difference.

Private parking in front of the apartment, fully equipped with all furnishings, appliances and in very good state. Hosts helpful, supermarkets and restaurants within 5 mins walking.
Main bedroom and bathroom in basement without good ventilation and without good natural lighting. The floor seemed like it was vacuumed well but not mopped.
