The most convenient place to stay in Koln if you want to explore the Altstadt. On the Rhein and with dozens of restaurants on your doorstep.
Easy walk from the station next to the Cathedral
Spotlessly clean and totally sound-proof when you close the windows.
Excellent service and help with storing our luggage from the restaurant-personell that manages the apartment

Location was great, short walk to the railway station, close to the older part of the town and lovely to stroll along the promenade on the river. Plenty of food options around if you don’t want to eat downstairs!

Superb location in the centre of Köln with lots of restaurants nearby and view over river Rhein.
Large bedroom area and comfortable bed.
Double glazing did a great job of keeping out the noise of the city.
Shower room was very small and nowhere to leave toiletries etc. shower was not thermostatic so ended up scolding and then freezing when other apartments drew their water.
A little tired - could do with a lick of paint all round, new flooring and re grouting / sealing bathroom floor tiles etc.
Furniture a bit flimsy.
