Amazing property right in the heart of Cologne. The house was very clean and had basic kitchen utilities.

A fantastic location, just a minute’s walk from the cathedral and the station. The flat was on the first floor, so even the noise from below wasn’t too bothersome with the window closed. It’s a very nice, spacious and unique flat. It felt airy. Highly recommended.
The only concern was being given instructions on how to check in just 30 minutes before arrival. Feeling worried, I rang the owner, and he answered straight away. He’d sent all the details, including photos, just before I rang.

Check in process was very easy
The condition of the apartments were poor. The of one apartment had duct tape keeping the floors together and the windows were so thin you can hear noise from the street all night. The second apartment was in better condition but bathroom pump was incredibly loud and ran all night long
