Super Kommunikation, aber Sauberkeit leider enttäuschend
Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern im Vorfeld war wirklich gut. Die Absprachen haben zuverlässig und unkompliziert geklappt – dafür ein herzliches Dankeschön.
Leider war die Unterkunft bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber. Besonders unangenehm: Die Betten bzw. die Bettwäsche wirkten nicht frisch/sauber. Zusätzlich war in der Küche nicht ausreichend Besteck/Geschirr vorhanden, sowie nicht vorhandene Küchenutensilien. Hier besteht dringend Verbesserungsbedarf, denn das ist für uns ein grundlegendes Kriterium.

eerst en vooral word ik gebeld om 23u30 de avond voor aankomst dat er geen warm water/verwarming beschikbaar is. Hierna voorziet de persoon in kwestie een andere accomodatie, die zich op 40 min (auto) van Keulen centrum bevindt. Terwijl de oorspronkelijke accomodatie zich op 7min wandelafstand bevindt van Keulen centrum. Geen foto's van gezien enkel een adres gekregen. Sleutel zat op de deur bij aankomst. Living werd volgepropt met 3 bedden zodat er 5 personen in de accomodatie zouden passen. Een douche in een bad zonder douchegordijn. Serieuze gaten in de muur verstopt achter een plantje of kastje. "Wifi" ter beschikking gelukkig heb ik onbeperkt 5g want deze wifi was ver te zoeken. Binnen mijn schoenen moeten aanhouden van de plakkende grond en witte sokken die zwart zijn geworden, bedankt hiervoor! Na het slapen uit goede wil het beddengoed eraf gehaald om tot het besluit te komen dat er ongedierte op de matras liep... misselijk werd ik hiervan!! (Zie foto's)

first and foremost I get a call at 11:30 pm the evening before arrival that there is no hot water/heating available. After this, the person in question provides another accommodation, which is located 40 minutes (car) from Cologne center. While the original accommodation is a 7-minute walk from Cologne center. No photos showed only got an address. Key was on the door on arrival. Living was stuffed with 3 beds so that 5 people would fit in the accommodation. A shower in a bath without a shower curtain. Big holes in the wall hidden behind a plant or cabinet. "Wifi" available, luckily I have unlimited 5g because this wifi was hard to find. Inside i had to held my shoes on because of the sticky ground and white socks that became black, thanks for this! After sleeping, out of good will I took off the bedding to come to the conclusion that there were pests on the mattress... this made me sick!! (See pictures)

Obiekt nie odpowiada opisowi,inny adres ,sa to pomieszczenia socjalne w fabryce na zapleczu pelnym smieci i palet.
Brak internetu.W kuchni tylko talerze ,sztucce i jedna stara ,zardzewiala patelnia.Stary zardzewialy stol ogrodowy.
W pokojach tylko po dwa lozka,brak szafy,mebli,telewizora.Ogolnie brudno,obiekt nie nadaje sie do uzytku dla turystow.
