Great place for a good price, thanks!

The apartment was clean. It was comfortable. It was priced well. The property was as described and the host made check in and out very easy. Everything was clearly communicated and there were no surprises.

The only negative I could mention was a smart controller for the heating in the hall that had run out of batteries and therefore produced a bit of heat in the apartment and we arrived at the warmest time of the summer day. This was only a very small inconvenience on our arrival and the weather was cooler already that evening and for the rest of our stay so we didn't bother even asking for help on it. I'm sure we would have been helped with a solution had we only asked. There really was nothing of substance to complain about.

It was a great stay.

The house was comfortable and quiet. It was easily accessible from the bus station. Having a fully equipped kitchen was helpful.The house owner was very friendly and always in reach whenever we needed help or had a question.

the shower varied between hot and cold water, but maybe we just didn’t figure out the right setting yet. you also have to improvise when cooking, since it’s just the bare necessities there. mind you, that’s complaining on a very high level here.

Location isn't central - a bakery is all that is there close by. The supermarket, a small pizza shop etc are at least half a kilometre away, and the u-bahn stop is 1km away. No toiletries were provided, and, there was not even a place to keep them while you shower. Didn't see the owner, but the attitude of the owner (from the notices that sounded almost like threatening) sort of spoiled it. Were asked to remove the trash before checking out, which is not so common and a bit too much to ask for of people who stay only for a day or two. Could hear people talking loudly on the corridor and in the sit-out/trash area at different hours through the day.

Nice and comfortable apartment near park and city center

The area is very quiet and well served. There's a bar/bakery immediately nearby and the aparment it's at a 5 minute walk from the tram stop. The house is well supplied and the host is very nice and thorough. The park nearby is very nice.

The bathroom has no windows and the aspiration system doesn't always allow humidity to stay outside the room. This can make the room hot and the absence of air conditioning forced us to keep the window open at night, which is not too safe on ground floor, despite the quietness of the street.

We enjoyed our stay in a clean, spacious apartment which we found relaxing.

The facilities were spacious, clean and relaxing. It was great to have three bedrooms as we have two teenage children so it was ideally suited to their needs.

We would like to have had a reception where we could have met someone. We had a contact number but it's hard to beat the personal touch. We were a long way from the city centre and ended up walking a lot more than we had intended.

Cozy apartment, very clean and tidy with big comfy bed, quiet neighbourhood, rather accessible to public transportation, with kitchen appliances and backyard.

In the case of the room we stayed it was besides the backyard/smoking area which can lack a bit of privacy.

I have reserved the place clearly asking for parking space - there was non provided ... street was packed over the weekend so I had to leave my car 2 blocks away from the property - not convenient when you have a small child and luggage; not to mention not safe when you have an expensive large car

Hervorragendes Apartment, sehr empfehlenswert

Check in und Check Out haben hervorragend funktioniert. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und in einem erstklassigen Zustand. Alles hochwertig und mit liebe eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist auch der Bäcker der keine 2 Minuten entfernt ist.

Die Parkplatz Sucherei war manchmal etwas anstrengend aber wir haben immer etwas gefunden.

Limpieza y calidad de los muebles, camas... Tamaño del apartamento.Tranquilidad de la zona. Cafetería (excelente), supermercados, transporte cercanos. Parques y piscina pública cerca.

Mejoras: incluir otra variedad de almohadas más duras. Iluminación en la zona de cocinar (distribuir mejor si se quiere ahorrar energía). Checking a las 10.00h, excesivamente temprano (ampliar como mínimo a las 11.00h). Poner claramente en la reserva del apartamento que se ha de disponer de una fianza.

Schönes großes Appartment

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung, was wir sehr begrüßen. Durch den Umstand, dass in der darunterliegenden Wohnung jemend ständig Kannabis raucht, dringt dieser Geruch oft in die Wohnung und führt zu einer Geruchsbelästigung.

Cómodo como para largar instancias (más de 3 días)

Un apartamento de nueva construcción, muy amplio y limpio, de 2 dormitorios y un sofá cama en el salón. Con un buen baño, camas muy cómodas, cocina bien equipada. Una cafetería y un par de supermercados muy cerca. Andando al centro unos 50 minutos.

Lo único que no hay lavadora, sería bien para una instancia mayor de 4 días como nosotros.

Die Kontakte mit der Vermieterin waren absolut unkompliziert. Informationen kamen im voraus. Nachfragen waren nicht notwendig. Trotzdem bestand stets das Angebot sich bei Fragen jederzeit melden zu können. Die Wohnung Nr. 5 befand sich im 1. OG, eines sehr ruhigen Wohnhauses. Barrierefreier Zugang ist gewährleistet, ein kleiner Personenaufzug ist vorhanden. Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Wohnumgebung, ein Park ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Straßenbahn, Bus) sind binnen 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Unsere Enkeltochter freute sich, vom Fenster aus schon einen Spielplatz entdecken zu können. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, in sehr gutem Zustand. In allen Räumen mit Schlafmöglichkei ist ein modernes Fernsehgerät vorhanden.

Es gab in Haus und Wohnung nichts zu beanstanden.

Schöne Wohnung

Für zwei Personen war das eine ideale Unterkunft. Besonders haben mir die Matratzen gefallen, die sehr hochwertig waren. Die Lage war (für Autofahrer) ideal, man fand auch immer einen Parkplatz. Unser Appartment ging nach hinten raus, deshalb war es auch schön kühl und ruhig. Direkt vor unserem Fenster war eine Art Terrasse, die von allen genutzt wurde. In unserem Fall haben sich drei Monteure am zweiten Abend dort nebenbei rauchend betrunken. Das war etwas unangenehm, da wir ja nur ein Zimmer, unseren Schlafbereich hinter dem Fenster hatten, somit hat man jedes Wort verstanden und es hat natürlich nach Rauch gerochen. Aber zur Nachtruhezeit waren die Herren glücklicherweise weg. Ich glaube, dass es einen nicht stört, weil man ja gewöhnlich unterwegs ist. Ich finde es nur wichtig, zu verstehen, dass man sich die Terrasse teilen muss und ja quasi jeder/ jede da alles machen könnte (Sonnen, grillen, trinken usw.) und man muss dabei gezwungenermaßen zusehen ;) Mich würde es aber nicht abhalten, da noch mal zu buchen.

Im Hausflur roch es wirklich ekelhaft, war aber nicht in der eigentlich Wohnung festzustellen.

Top Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr sauber, alles vorhanden was man für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt benötigt.

War uns etwas zu weit entfernt vom Zentrum. Als wir in der Unterkunft eintaffen, waren wir erstmal irritiert und unsicher wo unsere Zimmer ist weil die Zimmer Nummer nirgendwo gekennzeichnet war.🤷‍♀️ Um 10:00 Uhr Check-out war uns definitiv zu früh.
