Low price, good location, mold in shower

All rooms and sizes were as expected from the reviews. Location is great. Close to public transportation

Convenient location but lack of comfort.

The place is close to the exhibition center and Cologne downtown with public transportation at the end of the street.

The pictures are very good looking. Some equipment are missing or broken (no coffee machine, lack of kitchenwares, broken hanger) and no room to gather in the appartment. Unconfortable smell (smoke). Very tiny bath clothes.

Plenty of beds for a larger group. Shower had plenty of hot water. Location near to trains and a couple supermarkets.

No real area for a larger group to sit together. Towels were extremely small. Place could do with a general freshen up- some mould in bathroom, blind in one of the bedrooms not working (electronic). Also at handover of keys we were let in by a cleaner that didn’t speak English and asked us to sign a document that was in German (no paperwork in English) and the lady couldn’t explain what it was we were signing. There was also no explanation for what to do when leaving property so we left keys in property.

- Apartamento amplio para un grupo de personas

- La ducha no traga bien el agua por lo que el baño se va encharcando ducha tras ducha. - Los almohadones de la cama no son cómodos, ni acolchados por lo que es algo incómodo dormir con ellos. - No tiene campana extractora por lo que si cocinas se queda todo el olor y humo en la cocina. - Hay dos habitaciones que no tienen persianas ni cortinas que eviten el paso del sol por lo que cuando sale el sol es difícil dormir.

DECEPCIONANTE Y NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE.

Calefacción

Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento ha sido pésima. Desde el principio, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue deficiente, ya que no nos respondió hasta una hora antes de la entrada. Al llegar, nos encontramos con un apartamento en condiciones inaceptables: los ceniceros estaban llenos de colillas y chapas de cerveza, las sábanas estaban sucias y las camas sin hacer. Además, solo nos proporcionaron una llave para siete personas, lo que resultó muy incómodo. La cocina estaba prácticamente vacía, sin suficientes utensilios, platos ni vasos. Encima la distribución del piso es malísima, donde debería haber un salón hay camas y el comedor esta en el recibidor. Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. La ducha está mal diseñada, provocando que el baño entero se inunde al usarla. Dos persianas no funcionaban, las toallas eran minúsculas y apenas había suficientes para todos. El ambiente también fue desagradable. Antes incluso de entrar, una vecina nos habló de mala manera, y el segundo día, un vecino entró al piso con su propia llave mientras dormíamos, violando completamente nuestra intimidad. Como si fuera poco, el dueño nos amenazó con echarnos con la policía sin motivo alguno, a pesar de que no hicimos ruido ni pusimos música. Pagamos más de 1.200€ por 5 días para vivir una experiencia terrible. No se lo recomendaría ni al peor enemigo.

Hébergement acceptable

Hébergement situé dans un quartier agréable et calme proche des transports et commerces. Possibilité de stationner gratuitement dans la rue. Hébergement propre.

Des chambres avec que des lits individuels et aucune équipée en lit matrimonial. Alors que nous etions plusieurs le proprietaire ne nous a laissé qu'une seule paire de clés ce qui a rendu difficile l'organisation du sejour. Toutes les chambres ne sont pas équipées de volets et la douche mériterait d'etre équipée d'une séparation pour ne pas tout innonder à chaque fois. Manque ustensiles de cuisine et grille pain. Pas de salle à manger.
