Monterosso Magic

We loved the location and the space of having a living room and kitchen as well as a parking space. Oliver was a super helpful host, especially coming to our rescue at 9:30 at night when we stupidly locked ourselves out of the apartment. So sorry, Oliver!

Lovely host and clean, pleasant apartment, but shouldn’t really be advertised as “luxury”

Spacious. Quiet. Nice towels. Nice crockery. Host was very welcoming, and allowed us access early, as the weather was bad.

There was not a dishwasher, as advertised on the listing. Unfortunately, we don’t like memory foam beds. Pillows were very hard.

Very expensive for what it is. There isn’t air conditioner so you have to open the windows hence it is noisy.

it is a pretty steep climb on a narrow street to get to the apartment. it gets hard with luggage to do the hike up.

Quaint stay for couples!

The host was hospitable and the location was ideal in montorosso. Very close to train station which was convenient. There was a handy grocery store near us which was handy.

It is situated very close to train tracks and at night it can be loud with trains going past.

Wonderful stay. Beautiful location and well equipped apartment

Location was beautiful beyond words. Perhaps screens on the windows to prevent mosquitoes from coming in. There is no A/C, however almost always a fantastic breeze, especially when opening all the windows and getting a cross breeze. This was the perfect little apartment for our stay.

Affordable spot with parking in Monterosso

Clean apartment with full kitchen. 10 minute walk to center of Monterosso. Convenient parking right at the building which is rare. Host was very communicative upon arrival.

Living room and kitchen areas are small, so may not be great for larger families - but fine for two people.

Très bien placé pour accéder aux Cinq Terres en laissant la voiture sur la place de parking dédiée.

Dès notre arrivée nous avons appelé l’hôte qui est venu nous remettre les clés et faire le check-in. L’appartement était propre et prêt.

Im Großen und Ganzen okay

Sehr schöner Ort und tolle Gegend. Der freundliche Vermieter war absolut pünktlich zur Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort. Das lief auch beim Aus checken alles super unbürokratisch ab. Die Wohnung war geräumig, dass Bad gut ausgestattet, die Küche bot alles was man braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine ist integriert. In 5 Minuten ist man am Meer und damit in Monterosso. Der hauseigene Parkplatz ist sehr positiv zu bewerten.

Heizung im Bad nicht eingeschaltet, so das die Handtücher nicht trocken beim aktuellen Wetter. Das Schlafzimmer konnten wir, wegen des starken Geruchs nach (vermutlich) Desinfektionsmittel, selbst bei permanent offenem Fenster nicht benutzen. Der Geruch ist unerträglich. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist leider nicht gut für den Rücken. Allerdings scheint die Verwendung dieses speziellen Reinigungsmittels in Italien weit verbreitet zu sein, da wir das anderen Orts leider auch schon so erlebt haben.
