Hillside Luxury in Monterosso

This apartment in Monterosso is high quality. It's a spacious, modern apartment with great sea views from the balcony. The host met us there for check in and showed us around and gave us information about the town. Everything in the unit worked and came well stocked with cooking supplies. Also had air conditioners in every room and a clothes washer in unit.

While the location on the hillside gives great views, it is a long walk uphill around 10-15 minutes. There are taxis in town if needed.

Fabulous views from spacious and spotless apartment.

Fabulous views from all rooms and balcony. It was an uphill walk but setback from the busy seafront. Spotlessly clean. Aretta was always at hand and extremely helpful. I would recommend this apartment to friends and would definitely come again.

Comfortable, spacious apartment in a fantastic location

Lovely apartment, just 5 mins walk from town centre. Much more spacious than the photos suggest. Very comfortable. Host, Aretta, was a pleasure to deal with. We had the loveliest of holidays.

Spacious and clean with views from every room including the bathroom. Just up the hill from the main part of the town. Very comfortable.

A great location to stay in

The location was brilliant, but you had to walk up a big gradient for about seven minutes. A lovely view from the balcony and quite a large three bed apartment with two shower rooms.

The property was great- looked brand new! It was also spotless. The deck had a great view of the sea. Very easy to check in- the host met us at the train station.

Only small negative was it was in the new area and no restaurants right by the property.

There was excellent communication with our host, Theo. He was waiting for us at the train station and took in a taxi us to the apartment. Wonderfully spacious, modern showers. Beds were super comfortable. Beautiful view. Quiet neighborhood but close to the beach. We appreciated the tip for a short cut to the quaint town of Monterosso. Nice balcony. Washing machine and drying rack provided for wet clothes.

The unit didn’t have a microwave.

The apartment was very spacious! It was well equipped - 2 modern bathrooms with lots of shelf space (a rare gift!) and modern kitchen. Separate air conditioners in the 3 bedrooms and living room. Bedrooms had plenty of shelf space and hanging space for clothes, as well as space by the beds. There were electrical outlets wherever we needed them! Theo was very accommodating, picking us up at the train station and arranging for a cab upon departure. He also reviewed the things to do and see In Cinque Terre.

The appeal of Cinque Terre has much to do with the steep incline from water to hilltop. This means walking up and down very steep roads to get to one’s accommodation. Fortunately, there is a stairway built between La Dimora di Clara and the road that runs parallel to the water, which makes that trek a bit easier.

Fabulous clean and spacious apartment with air conditioning and a beautiful sea view that accommodated our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers) really well. Great location with an easy walk down to the main beach of Monterosso and the apartment had a washing machine which was fabulous!

Great location for hiking through all five towns.

Nicely remodeled recently. Host meet us at train station and paid for taxi which was unnecessary but appreciated. It’s only a 12-15 min walk from the station. Included plenty of complimentary toiletries and had nice big showers.

One of the bedrooms had an issue and was unavailable but the host quickly separated and remade a queen size bed into twin beds so everyone had their own bed.

We really enjoyed the property during our stay in Cinque Terre. Everything was new and modern, well equipped and spacious. Theo and Karolina were very responsive whenever we had questions. overall a fantastic stay and would recommend to anyone visiting cinque terre

not much, only thing to keep in mind is that this on a hill. So can be tiring if you’re carrying luggage/lots of items.

Theo met us at the station and paid for taxi to get to the place w/luggage before check-in. Owners were very accommodating and welcoming. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped (kitchen: olive oil, balsamic vin. and etc), clean, beds and pillows are comfy. The balcony with the view is a bonus! Its easy to walk down hill to the train station.

There was nothing bad! Just know that it’s in the “new” not “old” part of town, but that didn’t bother us. Very quiet and close to the beaches/train station (walking distance)
