The location was beautiful and the view spectacular.
Parking for our van was a bit of a challenge, but the parking structure still had plenty of room. We just had to figure which floors worked for a larger car. It was also a hike for one of our parties with an injury. We used a taxi for her a couple of times.

Amazing view, management was extremely friendly, beds were comfortable.
Smell from the neighbors was strange. No AC but that was expected in Cinque Terre in the summer. Definitely up a lot of stairs

Beautiful view. Large space
Small bedroom was uncomfortable. Large mattress on top of a smaller box spring. Ran out of toilet paper since there was only one roll in the bathrooms. We were told someone would drop some off and we never saw it.
