It has been completely renovated in bio-architecture for a few years ..
Located on the first floor of a typical village house, dating back to the Middle Ages, it was furnished by a Genoese antiques dealer using furniture, ancient paintings and art objects.
It consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds that can turn into a double, a large living room with a double sofa bed.

You will have the opportunity to find everything you need under the house: the pastry bar, the pizzeria, the restaurants, the pub, all the shops and all the services of the town within a few meters.

Stayed at Davide's charming home in Monterosso with my family. It was steps from fantastic restaurants, cafe's, and many other wonderful treats. It was close to the train station and 75 meters from the beach. It was an incredible clean, with everything so convenient. I can't believe I got lucky and found this gem! Thank you so so much!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Clean and spacious with everything we needed. Very central location and easy walk from the train station. Could hear chatter from the restaurant below but not in the bedrooms. Davide met us upon arrival to show us the property and provided wonderful recommendations. He was very responsive and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and loved the location, and the apt was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Davide was very helpful with checkin and providing suggestions for the area and outside of. Multiple restaurants close by. Train station within walking distance for most. Would highly recommend staying here.

This apartment was super clean and lots of space. The host was very kind and communicated with us regularly to make sure all was well. There is a kitchenette, table, large room in front with two large windows out onto the tiny pedestrian street below. Wafts of pastry in the morning and pizza in the afternoon. We are glad we stayed in old town. There is much more spirit especially during the lemon festival.large bathroom with shower toilet and bidet. Plenty of space. Large master bedroom and 2nd room with step singles. We would stay here again. Highly recommend.

The location was great with restaurants, bakeries, wine bars and shops right outside and it was an easy walk to the beach and the train station.The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the apartment worked well for us.Davide could not have been more pleasant or accommodating.I would highly recommend!

Stayed 4 nights, couldn't have been happier. Can literally step outside, take a seat and order pizza. Coffee and breakfast are just a few steps beyond that, and the liveliest bar in Monterosso, just down the block. Felt more like staying at a families home then a rental, Davide the owner was always within reach if needed, though I never did. Highly recommend.

The staff was very nice. Breakfast was great. The location was very good. A few little annoying things were: One day the shower did not work. One of two hooks for hanging towels in the bathroom was broken. A handle was missing on the shutter door to the balcony.

Davide’s place was wonderful from check-in to check out. Communicated with us prior to check-in with detailed instructions on how to get there from the train station. Davide was there to greet us upon arrival. Walked us through his unit. Showed us how to work the tv, washer, and other appliances. Gave us overview of area and recommended restaurants. Don’t bother looking any where else. You won’t find better. Great location. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. 5 star unit.

We stayed in Monterosso only 2 nights and wish we stayed longer! The property is nestled in the winding roads just a block from the church and just a few blocks from the beach. It is completely renovated but maintains quaint charm. The hosts are amazing!!! David was super helpful and informative. He recommended a boat tour for us which we picked up off the pier down the road to enjoy viewing the Cinque Terre from the sea and taking a swim in the beautiful clear waters. Our family will go back!

Davide was such a wonderful host. He brought all of our luggage up the stairs to our apartment, which was not an easy task. The apartment was immaculate and had lots of thoughtful touches like guests Netflix, medical kit, even a bottle of champagne. Davide also made sure we had as much information about getting to Monterosso easily, where to visit and where to eat. He also had his son help us with our luggage when we checked out. The location is also perfect in the Old Town. Highly recommend.

This was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a vacation rental! Davide was a thoughtful, attentive host who welcomed us personally. He helped us get our luggage in and presented us with a nice bottle of Prosecco! He shared a wealth of Cinque Terre history with us, as well as great recommendations for things to do, places to see, and dining recommendations. The rental was immaculate. Spotless, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed and did not know we needed! The beds were exceptionally comfortable! We enjoyed watching movies together on Netflix after our busy days by the sea, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect. Just a short walk from the beach - with restaurants and markets just steps away. Quiet and peaceful after dark. Loved that we were in the historic part of the village. So much beauty to take in. This building is 800 years old and has been carefully maintained to preserve its beauty. Upon checking out, I asked what we could do to help make turning over the property easier, and Davide to just leave everything to them and thanked us for staying. We were truly treated as guests in his beautiful home, and that is not very common these days. If you are fortunate enough to find yourself in Cinque Terre, this is the property to stay at 😊

We had a family of six adults and loved this cozy apartment. It was wonderful to spill out directly into the town streets with cute shops and restaurants every morning. Monterosso is the place to stay for many activities, music, food, drink, a wonderful open town square and authentic shops. The suggestions for restaurants were perfect! Convenient to the train station and we hopped on easy trains to all the other Cinque Terre villages to sightsee. Did the hike from Venazza back to Monterosso which was amazing but not easy!

This place was absolutely the perfect way to end our family's Italian adventure. The location is beyond amazing. Monterosso turned out to be our favorite of the Cinque Terre towns and the apartment made wandering the town so easeful! We could slip out to eat at the many great choices right on our block and go swimming with ease at the beach. The apartment was comfortable and the wifi was great. Our host greeted us and helped us to get comfortable upon arrival, even gifting us with a bottle of Prosecco. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat if we are ever so lucky!! Grazie!!!

Everything was perfect. Daniela met us at check-in and let us stay past check out because one of us was sick. After we left, Daniela checked to make sure we were feeling better. The apartment was in a nice location and within walking distance to the trailhead and train station. We appreciated the welcome bottle of Prosecco and coffee in the apartment. If you’re going to Cinque Terra this is the spot- close to train and ferry- great restaurants, beach and trails. This is the best spot! We had a very nice stay for four nights. David was an exceptionally responsive and gracious host. The shower was great; plenty of hot water. Perfect location. 5 adults stayed comfortably in this apartment (the youngest on a pullout in the living room). The apartment is small, but very charming, clean, and has everything you would need. It is full of old world charm and wonderful antiques yet has all the modern conveniences. Davide the host was in constant contact, and he and his son Michael were there to greet us and gave us recommendations and details of the history of the apartment and Cinque Terre. The apartment is centrally located. Walk out the front door and you have all the restaurants and cafés you need and the beach is right down the street as well as the train station. We would definitely stay here again.

What can I say, Monterosso is beautiful even in the rain we stayed three days at this amazing property. The pictures were accurate. The most important concern for me is cleaniness and a comfortable bed. This Monterosso home had both! The Italian hospitality that was shown to us by David was beyond words. He helped bring up our suitcases, spent so much time telling us about the area and restaurants, assisted with making taxi reservations when we were leaving. This was my husband and my 50 th wedding anniversary, we were give a wonderful bottle of Prosecco WOW and to top that he bought my husband a MONTEROSSA BIRTHDAY CAKE, He certainly made at this stay a memorable one! I hope to come back again soon.

this is such a great location. it was so clean and Davide was so helpful. he met us outside when we checked in and made it super easy to get settled and find the place! we were 2 girls staying here and it felt very safe. would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to my family! there’s definitely a steep set of stairs, so beware if your party is older. it is also very convenient to walk to the train station!
