Beautiful views, spacious and great location
There are about 100 stairs to get to the apartment. This wasn’t an issue for us but you should be aware if you have large luggage or mobility issues.

The location is nice with a beautiful view over the sea and beachfront. A word of caution though: the stairs from street level (109 steps, not smooth nor level) are not for everyone. If you have issues with walking without assistance, this place will be challenging.
Cleaning was really not good. Trash from previous guests was left. The floors were very sandy/dusty, had clearly not been vacuumed / swept. Our daughter dropped an earring and when searching for it, we found a dusty old slipper that clearly had been there for a while (see photo).
Some basic renovations needed. E.g. the balcony railing is almost falling apart from rust. Not a safety hazard yet, but will become in the future.
