What an amazing apartment, beautifully furnished and decorated in classic Italian style. The air conditioning works perfectly and the balcony/patio is very spacious and comfortably equipped with everything you need to complete your Italian vacation experience. The kitchen has really everything you want and need to prepare your own meals and coffee, a fruit basked, fresh strawberries and a nice bottle of wine as a welcoming present was so nice! The hosts responded quickly to all questions and even helped us to get a reservation for beds and umbrellas at the Fegina beach just a 10 minute stroll from the apartment. Parking close by is possible for a small extra fee, forget about trying to find one yourself because there is none. I highly recommend this apartment for a truly unique experience, please be aware that you need to climb up some stairs to get there but your reward will surprise you. For us everything was just perfect.

The property was exactly as pictured and perfect for my mom and me. It was very clean, had a fully equipped kitchen, and the large outdoor terrace was one of our favorite parts of the stay. It was the perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee and relax in the evening after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly kind, communication was excellent, and everything was seamless from start to finish.

Nothing. We had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again.

We loved the terrace when the weather permitted us to use it. The kitchen was well stocked, even leaving us a bottle of wine, some fruit, candy, and a lovely robe to wear with little slippers. Nice touch! It had excellent water pressure, too.

It was hard to locate. The neighbors are noisy at all hours.
