Summary:
A bright two-bedroom flat on the fourth floor of a building in Monterosso al Mare's Fegina area, with panoramic views over the sea and beach. The name echoes the lively, sunny character of this property on the Ligurian coast. A small welcome kit awaits in the kitchen for your first morning — croissants, biscuits, jam, tea and coffee. 70 sqm, fourth floor, sleeps up to 6.
The Space:
A double bedroom and a room with bunk beds, a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, Nespresso, washing machine). Air conditioning throughout the flat.
Guest Access:
Fourth floor, no lift. Can be combined with Il Giardino di Ada and Sciacchetrà for groups of up to 13.
The Neighborhood:
Monterosso's Fegina area: beach a short walk away, station 5 minutes, restaurants and shops close by.
Getting Around:
The train station is a 5-minute walk.
Other Things to Note:
Small and medium-sized dogs welcome for a €70 supplement, on a lead in communal areas.
We leave a few breakfast basics in the kitchen for your first morning (croissants, biscuits, jam, tea, coffee, portioned powdered milk, sugar); where a kitchen is available, also our award-winning extra virgin olive oil from a local producer whose mill and honey production can be visited on one of our experiences, plus salt and washing-up liquid, and washing machine/dishwasher pods where fitted. Bed and bath linen included, with shower gel, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Professional cleaning throughout.
Our concierge office in Vernazza is open 9:30am-7:00pm from 1 March to 31 October; outside this period the office is closed, with presence available on request. We're always happy to welcome guests staying in any of the other villages too, whether for a quick hello or for advice on local experiences and activities.

Great location! Lots of steps up to the 5th floor, but we managed it! Don’t bring a large suitcase. We got the AC working and it did well thru the trip (the Living room one dripped a bit but we used the mop bucket to catch it). Pull out sofa is thin and slants toward head. Double bed is ok, but not great. Entirely furnished by IKEA.

What a beautiful property! Exactly as it is described. Great location! And much larger than we thought it would be! Everything worked perfectly - from the interaction when we arrived to the directions to getting into the apartment to check out. We relaxed, enjoyed Monterosso, did some (much needed) laundry and loved every moment. Thank you to Cinque Terre Riviera for the professionalism and wonderful apartment! We hope to return very soon!

We stayed for just one night and it was perfect. Very modern, very clean, and comes with everything you need and more. 2 minute walk to the beach with ocean view, perfect location overall. I highly recommend!
