Great location—right next to the beach, train station and restaurants. The washing machine was helpful for our family of 5. Laundry pods were provided. Nice porch overlooking the beach. Comfortable beds.
Walking up three flights of stairs to get to the apartment. We were asked to take all of our trash out to bins down the road. No TV Poor quality towels that left fuzz everywhere. Only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper were left for 5 people for 3 nights. Of course we can buy more, but running out to buy toilet paper shouldn’t be a concern when on vacation and when spending a significant amount of money on an apartment.

Location to beach and beach and Sea View. Spectacular! 2 bedrooms. Kitchen. Crisp sheets. Washer. Nice shower. AC in main bedroom.
As previous commenters said...the Apartment needs some TLC. Doors to bedrooms and bath do not close easily. Twin beds are uncomfortable. Lots of wear apparent throughout the apartment ... furniture, etc. Could use cushions on patio furniture. Most if not all pictures are faded. Definitely paying for the view.
