Great clean and stepfree appartment

Very clean, could checking without having to face someone. Bed was super comfy. I could easily enter the appartment with my wheelchair ( I am an ambulatory user, so I can do small walks inside the appartment unassisted). So this was super amazing for me. No bumps, nothing, super easy to navigate. Elevators and such were clean too.

It was hard to get to both by car and by foot due to it being next to a big main road with very little crossings. So had to wander long ways around when coming from the city.

The apartment is great, but it could offer better support for tourists

The room size was sufficient for our group (3 people). The bathroom was very nice and comfortable. The building was easily accessible and there were bus stops nearby.

They wouldn't let us check in early (even though we asked at the time of booking, weeks in advance) - but OK, we were asking for a courtesy and booked knowing the check-in time. But when we asked to at least leave our luggage, that wasn't possible either. We had to pay for a locker in the city center (most close early - so you'll have to stop your sightseeing halfway through to retrieve your luggage and take it to the apartment).

Nice neat studio apartment

Neat and clean studio apartment. Kitchen with most essentials to prepare our own food. Not too far to walk into town. Codes for access worked smoothly. Per previous reviews the coridoor does smell of cigarette smoke, but this smell doesn't permeate the studio itself.

Frustrating ID check system online before access codes provided. Simple, just takes extra time and access to wifi or mobile data.

Well equipped, smart and very clean studio flat

The kitchen and bathroom were great with all the facilities and it was all very clean. When I had a query I could easily get through the helpline and got the info I needed from an actual person.

Only because I has not used Limehome before, I initially struggled to work.out the entrance. But it's actually fine.

The location is somewhat unpleasant.

Room was spacious, bed was comfy. It had a large balcony, which we appreciated. We were in the back building so there was no noise from the street. Checking in and out was easy.

Limited parking spots only. as is a long walk from the city center along a very loud and busy 4-lane road.

A bright, spacious flat with easy access to historic Trier

It was a lovely flat, well-kitted out and very convenient for our needs. The door codes seemed easy enough to use and we found parking by asking the restaurant below. The beds were very comfortable and it was a spacious, bright flat.

Had issue with access code on arrival but it was resolved after giving them a call. I read more reviews from others facing the same problem so they should really take action to resolve it.

Disappointing

There's lovely bakery at the bottom of the building.

It doesn't come with a private parking and it took us a while to park our car, also the car parks near the property didn't look very safe. The photos of the building where we stayed don't match the reality and the description to find the building entrance wasn't very good so a bit confusing.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Check in was a total disaster. I got in to the building without any problem but the room password didn’t work. After several attempts of trying it was blocked. I tried to contact online. It took one and a half hours to get touch with the help desk. We waited in front of the building in the car. They reset the passwprd and send a new one online. Wish you best if you need help. Still no apologies.

Comfortable and clean, a great place to stay.

Lovely apartment in a great location close to the river. It was very clean, well-equipped and modern. The bed was comfortable and it had a nice shower. There is a bakery on the same block and it's just 5 minutes walk to the river bank. It takes about 20 minutes to walk into the town centre but it's a nice easy walk.

Cute decor but not clean

The decor was nice and it was fairly close to the river but a 20 min walk to the city

The apartment was not really clean. There were little hairs and dust everywhere and there were stains on the walls. There was a constant ringing sound that was unbearable. You could also hear the neighbors. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable.

Bright and airy

Clean, bright, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Very quiet despite being on a main road. Lovely bakery conveniently situated at the bottom of the building.

My only problem was with the online check-in. Having to upload a photo of your passport and a selfie is fine for people who are used to social media but was a struggle for me and it took ages to get it right.

Passable

Clean room and overall building, ease of check-in / access and easily reachable customer service. Bonus is that there is a bakery downstairs so you can get breakfast easily. Plenty of on roadside parking and also enough public transport options.

Internet did not work during the entire duration of our stay (for 2 days)! In this day and age, that's really unacceptable. There was basically no entertainment for kids once we returned back to the room (TC channels in German language and no kids show on them).

The bad Coveri was dirty There's no curtain And the Florida was so dirty And very hard to communicate with customer service over the phone I was very disappointed don't speak English Like it is charity charity we didn't pay for it

Great price for a large and modern apartment.

New and modern building. Free parking directly outside. Big soundproof room. Kitchen had everything we needed, bathroom as well.

The couch wasn’t opposite the TV. Keypad entry didn’t work well. Too many standby lights in the room at night.
