It is a very good stay overall

The room was very good and easy to check in. The kids like the bunk bed. The hotel accepts late check in and has its own parking spots which is plus. There is a code for parking where it has to be obtained at reception to enter the parking spot. There is Domino pizza shop and grocery shop nearby which is handy. Though the hotel is not close to city, it is a short drive to the city. We didnt book the breakfast but it is available for a price.

Pleasant helpful personnel, clean room.

Check-in personnel in late evening was very friendly and helpful. Although a slightly "stripped version" of a hotel, the room was very clean and everything functioned well - except the vending machine being "half empty".

It's a good hotel not far away from the city center. It features nice rooms, is quiet and very clean

The room was clean and had a nice bathroom. The curtains actually kept the sunlight out, which is very important for me. I cannot complain about the bed. There's an excellent parking lot for your car. The hotel is fairly close, but not very close, to the main attractions on foot.

There's often queue at the reception. In alternative, there's an automated check-in system, but it did not work very well for us. It requested us to pay again, which we did not (of course) do. As a result, we had to queue to talk to the receptionist, who was very kind and checked us in without us having to give him all the data again.

Although it's located next to the railway station it's a long walk as you need to cross the tracks. Probably 20 minutes walk into the town centre.

Decent hotel to stay for one or two nights

The room was clean and big enough, the bed was comfortable. The staff (when we arrived) was friendly and helpful.

I tried to contact the hotel for 2-3 weeks, because we had to check-in early. This did not work. I tried with three different phone numbers, with the chatting function by booking.com and also by mail. Sadly we did not get any answer. The price for the room+breakfast is a bit too high in my opinion.

The whole corredor was smelling like some burned electronic. There is no path to the Central Station. You need to go around and it takes 10 to 15 minutes

Exceptional

Perfect location, very close to the highway or to the train station. Shops and fast food are close to the hotel. Amiable and welcoming staff. Check-in is super fast. The room is excellent and very warm, comfortable bed and a quiet zone for a good night sleep. Breakfast was fabulous. Parking is available at the rear of the hotel.

The stay itself was fine, but check-in arrangements were dire.

IT system fault prevented access to the hotel as arranged for a late arrival, and no communication was possible by phone or text to get round this. Follow-up correspondence about the matter has been acknowledged but no response has been sent.

Comfortable with very professional staff that made us feel very welcome

The staff here were great. There was a problem with our room and they quickly solved the issue and made us feel very welcome. We felt very comfortable in the end and happy to recommend this place to anyone
