Clean and functional, well located. No staff so slightly disconcerting if there is an issue.

Check out time too early, no complimentary coffee, slightly impersonal as no staff. Corridor smelt heavily of musty tobacco/cigarettes.

A little gem in the heart of Trier! Value for money!

The room was perfect! An absolute value for money! The staff was really nice and ready to help you with anything that you need! It doesn’t have the facilities of a hotel with reception , breakfast etc. but it is better than many hotels!

Overall it is wonderful, would definitely recommend!

It is our second time staying here since the last experience was very positive. The location is very central, accessible to many main sightseeing spots. Clean and comfortable. We also like the self check-in very much, so one is not bounded by the arrival time.

The room could be a bit more facilitated, such as mini fridge.

The location

- No employee. You have to get the keycard from a machine. This is not mentioned on the App which is kind of intransparent. Since no one is there, you don't have the possibility to 1) leave your bag at the reception when you check out and want to go somewhere first before leaving town 2) get help if anything goes wrong. - no refrigerator - not even one bottle of water provided - no rails to hang your clothes... - TV is very very slow-responsive. - WIFI blocked me from using WhatsApp - Bed lamp is broken - plug socket is broken - The bed sinks so extremely it's uncomfortable. - The wall is very thin. - The water pumps and the Badlüfter are very loud Overall, with this price but no staff, it does not feel fair. The price you pay is mainly for the location and cleaning.

Nice to stay a short time.

Very clean, good location (if you want to be in the city itself).

Bad communication from the hotel. They don’t respond to the chat service they offer (not 1 time) and if you call them, you have to ask for someone to speak english. Online check in and out doesn’t work and they dont inform you how you should do this. Unfortunately you only get 1 acces card. So if 1 of the you want to smoke a cigarette outside of want to leave alone, the other one inside the room, doesn’t have power to watch tv or something. Besides that, price was good and the hotel too for the price. And if you stay with a dog, the service is free.

the location.

the digital check-in is a nightmare. I was not informed beforehand the only ID accepted is a passport, so I tried another type of ID first, the error message did not make any sense (something about a wrong start year). The interface is not clear, all in German, and it is needed to type in, letter by letter, a lot of information. Errrors happen, and we needed to start afresh several times. Fortunately one of the two phone numbers Booking mentions actually worked (the other one did not), and there was a friendly person, english speaking, that took us by the hand and talked us through the interfaces. Finally, after several stressful moments the key for the room appeared... Then, in the shower there was a large tuft of human hair sticking to the wall and another one on the floor. Clearly the shower had not been cleaned. Also, the room is small, only one chair (double room, two people) The television set did not work ('no channels').

No mugs to.make a coffee even though an electric jug was provided. There was a cup but it had dental floss in it from previous occupant. There was Clothing left in cupboard from previous occupant. I didn't like the check in, it was raining and there were other guests checking in so I was getting wet as there wasn't enough cover

You may Like it, But I really didn't

What can I say? The hotel is spotless and clean, everything is nice and shiny and looks brand new, good quality materials and the bed had probably the best matress I have ever slept on. The add boasts a 30 m² for the room and this may very well be as the room was very spacious. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the historic town and less than 2 minutes from an affordable parking lot. No big complaints on the material outfit

There is no refrigerator or coolbox in the room, with outside temperatures of 27 ° centigrade this is a real nuisance. Television works, but no channels to choose from, just an empty menu, so telly is useless. No lobby or lounge or reception hall, no place to sit or relax except in your own room. Booked for 2 persons but only 1 key. And then the worst part: no staff at all, no one at the reception. There even is no real reception desk, only a metal box, outside at the front door, with a touch screen, a credit card reader and an automated voice that handles the reception. Booking is compulsary through booking.com, who will ask a garantee of the full amount which they can take of your credit card. When you check in, you also have to pay the full amount to the square box with the automated voice and if you don't, the box will not spit out your key card and you don't come in. If anything is not working out fine, you are fucked as there is no staff and no reference as to where you can go if a problem arises, Phone number of the helpdesk is in one of the many emails they sent you, but no one answered our call. Check-out time is 10:00, which is pretty early and there is really no place to leave your lugage for a few hours. Also be carefull: chances are that, if you overstay a few minutes, booking.com or the hotel will also claim the garantee on your credit card, although I must admit I don't know this for sure.

Great location, very convenience. Looks very nice and clean inside, very comfortable. Love the bed, pillows and the shower.

Check in process is too complicated, took so long to get the key. No kettle, water, teabags, telephone provided, television was not working.

Great location, right in the city centre. Clean room, comfy bed and great views.

Not great value per money. For over 90€ per night, I would have expected to have someone tidying up the room, or at least a human being handling the check in, instead of a silly self-service machine. The rooms were tiny and very basic, too: not even a coffee pot, nor a fridge... I didn't enjoy the shower placed inside the bedroom, either.

Too narrow and high bed. Dirty floors,.asked to clean them,.but it wasn't done. One day towels disappeared from my room and I had to call and ask for them and wait 20 mins until I've got them. Very cold in the room.

Excellent value for money, will come back for sure when in Trier

The property is completely new and spotless and very central, everything is nearby. We had some issues with the automatic check in system but the owner of the Hotel helped out pretty fast after we called him. Anyway we we‘re lucky we met a couple who also had issues and they gave us the number, without them we would have been lost. I propose that the Owner signalizes his number near the check in machine to ensure people get helped out at any time.

The Check In issue was a bit annoying but as the Hotel is one week old I think they will find a solution for this. Same for the missing Towels but we got helped within 5 minutes after calling.

旧市街の観光に便利な宿

旅程の都合でOctober Fest の土曜は予算オーバーのスーペリアの予約、日曜はシングルにした。受付なしのキーシステムなので、荷物の移動についてメール連絡したら連続しての滞在ができた。部屋はモダンで広く快適で、湯沸かしお茶もあった。壁TVの下は細長いテーブル仕立てで便利だった。周辺には食事できる店も多い。

旧市街地にありローマ遺跡群に、鉄道駅からは少し距離がある。入口の黒いボックスから鍵を受けるシステムには慣れてなく、偶然出てきた滞在者に教えてもらえ助かった。扉の締りが緩く、薄開きのことがあったかと思う。

forse si potrebbe mettere un separè tra lo specchio e il lavandino in modo che l'acqua non vada nel corridoio a bordo del letto, ma è una sciocchezza, la camera va benissimo così com'è
