Good but can be improved

The location was good as well the property was clean

Self Check in process not that easy as it seems. I got the room 30 minutes late. Infact I had to help some other elderly guest with their check in process. Breakfast was not available at the location.

Overall, the hotel was good value for money, location very close to city center, rooms overlooking the river. The room was clean and had a kettle and several coffee and tea bags.

Wifi doesn't work in the rooms and the bed was sinking in the middle.

You can look the Rome bridge directly, but there are a lot of car on the road in front of the hotel.

The table in the room is not good. It was already 3pm, and the online check in system still said that “Your room is not ready yet as it is still being cleaned. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later or approach our staff for assistance.” but there is nobody at reception desk.

Very close to the centre and some nice restaurants. Helpful staff gave me a fan for the room

The bed was awful. Sank in the middle. No air con and the sun in the evening was right on the room and it was like a sauna

Pretty ok for the price

It was really close to the city, about 10 minute walk. Which was really nice cause we wanted to go enjoy the Mosels-wines, and didn’t have to drive back to the hotel. The people were nice as well. The shower was warm and had a nice beam. We had the view over the Mosel, which was nice!

According to price-quality? It’s in balance. You don’t pay much, but in return you also won’t get much.. If you, like us, don’t really attach much value to luxurious hotel rooms and just use them just to sleep you’ll be exploring all day? Then this is ok. But the pictures did make it seem much nicer as is actually was… The hygiene was pretty ok over all, but the bed had a really weird smell which made us shower twice in the morning and we also found food-wrappers (which weren’t from us) in the bed. Would recommend if you’re only here to sleep, but if you want to kill some time in the room.. there is really not much to do..

Excelent acommodation, very well located especially if you are planning to ride along the Mosel.

Location.Excelent breakfast for just 7 Euros. Good room. Excelent and vwry helpful staff. We stayed there twice and both stays were excelent . I highly recommend this hotel. You don't have to pay a fortune to stay in a very goid hotel.

Close to a busy road, noise wasn’t an issue most days (window insulation was good) but on Monday morning was noisier.

Everything is within walking distance, the view of the bridge is great. The rooftop terrace must be beautiful in summer (too cold in January!) There is a large selection for breakfast, the room was very clean, beds were comfy and the staff was very friendly.

Everything was good just that per day 4euros for parking and security wise zero anyone can freely walk into the hotel hardly to see someone in front desk.
