Comfortable room close to the centre of Trier

The hotel is clean and comfortable and well located for the centre of Trier and the Porta Nigra. The staff were helpful and breakfast was a selection of cold options but perfectly adequate for our needs. I would stay again if visiting Trier.

Fine, but better if you don't have heavy luggages and you are not tall

Very very kind person, good breakfast, clean room, a bit hot and not so sound proof but there is a fan and I made it turned all night long so it solved both problems, distance from bus okay

No elevator (I had heavy luggages), low ceiling with a slope ; I am tall so I hit my head a couple of times

The people were superb. The location was brilliant. Parking was a doddle with a card provided (10€) by hotel. Brekkie was good and the ladies on duty were super.

Great location

Close to the old town, Porta Nigra just 7 min by walk. The main train station just 15 min by walk. The staff is lovely and polite, specially the receptionist Stephanie.

There’s no lift and the room is very cold ( the heater was off all the time).

would not repeat in this hotel

Location

It does not have an elevator and we touched the room on the top floor, a very small and very cold room. In the description he said that he had a minibar, the only thing he had were two small bottles of water, nor a refrigerator as reflected in the photos. The mattress was very uncomfortable as was the pillow. One thing that caught my attention, they do not clean the room daily.

Simple, very friendly, we are contented guests

Super friendly staff. Room basic but comfortable, able to open both big windows for fresh air, with big trees opposite . Close to centre and we found a nice cafe open off main square early on sunday for good coffee and paninis. A parkhaus nearby (not a park platz).. easy to find and use.. unloaded outside hotel

I'm sorry to say, IMHO the coffee was undrinkable. Basic breakfast ok .. for the price.

great staff, even carried our heavy luggage up to our room for us without being asked. Very comfortable room very clean and even had a kettle. Location good for sightseeing. Breakfast choice was amazing. safe storage for bikes.

Small room in an ok location

Staff were friendly. It was clean and cheap.

The room ('standard double') was very small and uncomfortable with two little single beds squished together. Bathroom was tiny. Thin walls meant you could hear other guests. Transparent curtains (so bring an eyemask). Location not great.

Perfect stay for your visit in Trier!

Fantastic location. Easy walk to all the sights and parking garage super close as well. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast selection was also very good. Lots of choices, from hard boiled eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, muffins, all kinds of breads and rolls. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Ruhig und komfortabel in der Nähe der Trierer Altstadt

Sehr schönes, ruhiges und gepflegtes Hotel in der Nähe des historischen Altstadt (in vielleicht 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen). Ich hatte ein komfortables Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht, dazu gab es ein gutes Frühstück mit sehr ordentlichem Kaffee. Besonders hervorhebenswert sind die ausgesprochen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiterinnen, die den Aufenthalt zu einem sehr entspannten Erlebnis werden lassen.

Keinerlei Kritik zu vermelden -- alles bestens hier!

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Innenstadtbesuch

Das Personal war sehr nett, das Frühstück gut und die Lage für einen Stadtbummel (Weihnachtsmarkt) optimal.

Leider ist das Hotel nicht barrierefrei, also nicht Rollstuhl geeignet, was wir hätten vorher erfragen sollen.
