Could not regulate temperature in the room without opening a window (and smokers were smoking near the building).

Good for travellers with a car

The hotel is nicely situated just outside of central Trier, with good bus connections to the town. The free parking is a bonus, though it did get a little busy when we were there - just be careful not to park in any space which has been designated private. The hotel was quiet, our room was very spacious. Cannot comment on breakfast as we didn't take the option. Staff at check in were lovely.

The complimentary water was sparkling (of course, wouldn't expect anything less of Germany!) but the tap water is fine so no real issue :)

I enjoyed the stay.

Overall staff is friendly speaking good English, place is clean, parking is free, newly renovated, location is 10mins drive from the centre which is convenient.

Curtain of the shower is something I didn't expect, should change to a glass door. ;)

Spacious, clean room, value for money

Clean and spacious room. I liked the mini fridge! I would suggest actually putting the water inside the fridge beforehand :) I also liked the dining area and the staff was very accommodating. The WiFi was fast! Oh and I also loved the self-checkout!

The breakfast could maybe have been included in the price. Then, the shower tends to make a mess when showering - there is no appropriate cover. But that's a minor issue (although I feel for the cleaning lady). Oh and the coffee was not so great, but I found this to be the same at the other hotel I stayed in Trier.

Very nice hotel in the vineyards of Trier, enjoyable from the hotel's spacious terrace. The room was quite big with a tasteful interior, clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Rooms towards the road may be a little noisy, but I didn't mind.

Excellent sound proof rooms...great breakfast buffet style.Had our key taped to office door so we could get in.

No close restaurant...we got there after office closed so couldn't ask. There may have been a list that we didn't see. The information sheet in the room was only in German (our German is rusty but we figured it out). So close to border of French speakers & other nationalities that might stay, multiple languages or English might have been nice.

The room we got were really very big with kitchen and living room. Just like an apartment. Also they had good breakfast for a reasonable price. The staff were very good and customer oriented. Location is slight away from center but there is a us stop close by.

Pleasant

Loved the room, the beds and the shower, can't fault those. And appreciated that it allowed me to bring my Dog. The rate was good too. The Monte Petris Restaurant up the hill in the University Campus, was great and a easy walk.

Not really a 'Hotel' It was situated by a busy and noisy road with constant traffic, no good if you need to open the windows at night. There was no Air Conditioning in any part of the building so it made it uncomfortable and unpleasant at night; even with the window open, the residual heat in the building was unpleasant. And no apology made at check in for this. The 'Hotel' is too far from the City Center to walk there and back comfortably, and a horrible walk if you did! Poor hospitality, muted welcome, no tips on the area, maps, nothing. Reception on the second floor set away from any guests coming and going. Room clean, but long hair in the shower drain.

Amazing Stay! Highly recommend!

It was super clean rather spotless. The room was good sized and the interior was lovely. The staff was polite and nice aswell! The location was peaceful and we could see vineyards from our room.

since these are warm months, it would have been even better if there was air conditioning aswell.
