I was expecting more but ended up being disappointed.

The Restaurant served good food in the evening and restaurant staff friendly. Bed comfortable .

Location to the city was too far out . Radiator in our room was not working so room temperature was cool . I would have expected tea and coffee in room for the price - Breakfast in morning was mediocre.

Nice but poor front desk

Great hotel

Upgrade felt like a downgrade, we wanted a room looking to garden and we were given a room in -1 level which seen just the bushes. The receptionist should have updated us

Great staff, very good room, location close to park was good

Bathroom was a little bit small (toilet area) but was ok, mornings (5-7am) were very loud because trucks were driving very close to the hotel

Extremely clean. Nice modern building and room with beautiful design. Nice position near park and bus to centre of town.

Bathroom too small. can't reach toilet when shower doors closed. Not enough soap etc. No minibar or safe in room.No kettle tea or coffee in room. There's a bottle of water is but it's not complimentary. No English channels on TV that work.

Nice hotel with lovely food

The place had a nice feel about it.was clean and food was excellent. Most of the staffvwent over and above.

The only thing thst putva sad note was one waitress who blanked us three times while we stood waiting. I believe it was because of a language barrier.. Which she could of used the one minute finger to let us know she was getting help Also needed air con or a fan

Modern rooms, nice terrace. Good restaurant for dinner. Nice breakfast buffet.

In some areas not too clean, e.g. seating area around the lobby had cobwebs and in the room, some surfaces were dusty. Muesli at breakfast buffet was old.

Nice looking hotel but way too expensive and far away from the city center

Secure cheap parking

Beds weren’t comfortable, pillows extremely soft, no air conditioning in the room making it very warm at night, very far away from the city center, leaking shower, expensive breakfast.

- bed was nice - room was nicely decorated - room had some facilities

- had to pay for everything, even the water bottle in the room. This was not a warm welcome. - no free parking - no breakfast included - location was far from the city centre

Great hotel, super clean, friendly staff, superb sauna and delicious restaurant!

Synthetic matras cover makes the bed very warm; understand it's for hygiene but matras doesn't breathe and gets too hot.

The decor was a bit dated and it is quite a walk from the city center.
