room was nice AS there is river at the back aa our view from the window ..the breakfast is super very good. the staff was always friendly and polite every time. A bit difficulty to look for the hotel as it is located quite far from the main roads. However the whole experience is super as the atmospherr interior room plus restaurant is very tidy clean and fantastic. The meal for dinner was super, we enjoyed it. Thankyou

again quite far to get to the hotel and we were a bit lost ....but inside hotel is lovely, plus parking are big spacious parking area.

I understood that the restaurant was closed. Beverages supplied at a fair price. We would have love to have sat in the garden just a minor problem.

Disappointing and not what was expected.

Couldn’t see most of it as it was closed whilst we were there. We curtailed our stay by one night and the hotel only charged us for the night we stayed.

We unfortunately booked on a Tuesday and Wednesday which are the hotel days off. We didn’t realise the whole place would be closed and we only had access to our room and a rather shabby salon with a kettle and a fridge with drinks you could buy at a price. We never got to see the terrace with view to the river, so beware of this when booking.

A pleasant hotel in the Trier Area that has parking on site.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Bed in room was comfortable. Parking was on site. Breakfast was very good and breakfast room had a very nice ambiance.

Room had a small 3 inch step up going across the room between the bed and the bathroom. We had to put a small table near the step up to remind us not to trip. You have to go down a very narrow residential road to get to the hotel.

It was pleasant and close to Trier, but not really geared to families.

The restaurant was nice, with great food for dinner and the service was very good. Breakfast was also very good. The staff were welcoming and pleasant during the stay,

Using Booking.com for 2 rooms each with 1 adult 1 child - the booking didn't include the children for some reason so we had to get the rooms made up for 2 people not 1. Luckily this did not impact the cost. We found that unless you were eating in the restaurant, there was no where to do to chill, have a drink, play a game, one had to stay in one's room.

breakfast sitting outside near the river was really nice. good breakfast and friendly lady to look after us. Room was comfortable.

we didn’t realise that we were staying on a “rest day” when the restaurant was closed and it was self checkin. we were informed of this ahead of our arrival and given a recommendation for somewhere for dinner, but it did change the atmosphere of the stay for us.

Beautifull location, interior design is super. High quality kitchen. Staff is great, very polite and nice.

The double bed had 2 seperate matrasses (with a gap in between) not so convenient for couples in love who like to cuttle. A topper matras would be an improvement.

A definite highlight. Parking in court yard. The outdoor restaurant overlooking the Mosel river had a relaxed atmosphere, friendly helpful service and delightful food. Newly refurbished elegant room with ensuite bathroom. Highly recommended.

Beautiful building & comfortable. We ate there too & it was lovely. Dinner & Breakfast were delicious. Staff were really pleasant & spoke English which helped with menus etc.

Tea/coffee available in the corridor but not refreshed very often. Nothing complimentary, not even water in the room.
