Very nice location, and cozy bungalow.
Could be cleaner, and also needed an aircondition. It was also very hard to sleep because of the animals being loud all night.

I've stayed here before a few times and love it. You can still walk to the main Sairee beach if you want but I like the local beach right across the road. There's also a really nice cafe with good mix of food and a few bars. The reggae bar opposite is perfect for the sunset every day and one of the few places to have draught beer which is nice now the bottled beer ban has come into force on the whole island.
The bungalows are in a lovely garden, quiet and with your own little verandah to sit out on. Fridge and kettle just about makes it all you could need. Room isn't huge but I tend not to swing cats when I'm on holiday so it's fine for me. It's 2 month ago now so I can't swear to but but I'm pretty sure the bed was comfy else I wouldn't keep returning.
Staff are always around if you need them, either at the entrance bungalow or in their shop next door.

The bungalow was very clean with no broken things. Working mosquito screens.
The position was good, tucked away but convenient for the ferry and the town, but very quiet.
Check out was a bit early at 11 am with fines for overstay by the hour. Unnecessary.
Didn't affect me in this case but did come over as stingy.

The bungalows have a terrace and the location is close to the port.
The walls of the bungalows are as thin as paper, i could hear the neighbors snoring. The shower doesn’t have water pressure at all, i had to shower with the hosepipe of the toilet. At 7:30 am they woke me up with hammer blows, as they were doing some work in the area.
