Nice place for a short stay. If you want luxury and stay inside the room the whole day this isnt the place for you

Good location, room had a nice view. The room itself was a little outdated but good enough. The staff was straight forward and to the point with the booking. Only stayed there 1 night so didn’t really see much of them.

The only thing I liked was the location. Everything else was worse than possible. There was no light in the toilet. There was a terrible smell coming from the room.. The toilet was not cleaned. Dust everywhere, which caused allergies. It was the worst booking in my life. I do not recommend it for anything!

The room offers excellent value for money. The bathroom has been freshly renovated, everything was clean, and the overall space was pleasant.

The reception staff seemed weary and disinterested, as though they had grown tired of dealing with tourists and guests. While not outright rude, their manner was noticeably unfriendly.

Basic room in very good location

The location is perfect, close to the beach, on the walking route to all the shops and restaurants and a quick walk to the pier. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The room is spacious and even has a big balcony.

I booked this room despite all the bad reviews, due to the perfect location and price. The only down point is that it feels very sparse, no decoration and no attention to detail to make it a bit homely. If I go for a quick stopover, I will book it again.

The hottest room I have ever slept in in my life. No AC just a small fan on the wall blowing hot air. I had to get a towel and soak it under the tap and put it on top of me in the middle of the night it was that hot. Maybe we just got a room with no AC as we booked last minute.. was honestly insufferably warm.. nearly considered sleeping outside 🫣

While it was good value for money, we didn’t feel entirely safe as female travellers. The windows didn’t have any glass, so they were open all the time, which made the room feel exposed. The lighting around the property was also quite dark at night, and it was fairly noisy, which made it hard to fully relax.

Great stay with Ocean view.

Superfriendly staff, helpful and accomodating. For the price, 700 baht / night, in my own bungalow right next to the ocean it was real good value. You get what you pay for and shouldn't expect perfection but I would come back, for sure. Nice place in the end of the Sairee beachwalk which made it quiet most nights but I still just had a short walk to the bars, stores and pancakeman.

I really enjoyed leaving

What didn't I like? Well it's easier to say what I did... Nothing! Quite possibly the worst place I've ever stayed... The bathmat had more stains than a carpet in a nightclub, the walls had plenty too... The dust and dirt was stomach churning, and the clothes horse was so rusty you'd need a tetanus shot to do laundry. The room had a fan, that's fine I knew that when booking... But it made more noise than a dying engine and would wake the dead. The "reception" was in disarray, dirty and disorganised. Check in went about how you'd expect, hadn't a clue we were coming and made us feel like we were an inconvenience.

The view in front of the room is impressive and the location is the best. It’s very close to the Sairee beach that you can walk to the night club through the beach in 5 mins. And the sound from party is not that loud to interrupt my sleep.

The staff acted as if we were intruders in the hotel. They didn't even say hello. The fan in the room didn't work well, room was extremely hot, the bathroom had ants and dirt from previous guests. I have never experienced such rude service anywhere. I do not recommend this hotel. Luckily we were only there for one night.

The location was good. They ordered a taxi for me and allowed me to take a shower bc I had the overnight ferry.

good location

The beds were quite literally rock solid, and there were bed bugs so have both been bitten alive. The toilet was blocked on arrival and they said it was because we put tissue down the toilet when we didnt… No aircon however there was a fan which did nothing:/ no water pressure either was like showering in a sink. We stayed here after full moon for one night as we had no choice, would not recommend for any longer as the price was ridiculous
