good but too expensive for what you get

great location, quite big room

no hot water to shower with, we had twin beds and one of the mattresses was horrible, you could see and feel the springs. so we had to share one matress instead. its a lot of money and they dont clean the room, so after 3 days our floor was basically a beach.

DO NOT STAY IN DORMS

I originally book a dorm room, but had to switch to a private room because it was impossible to sleep. The led on the AC was impossible to turn off and it was like having a flashlight in my face. The room was full of disassembled beds in a corner, there was no space to properly settle your bags. It was messy and not comfortable at all.

The staff was nice but the standard of the room could have been better.

The location was okey since it was close to the harbour.

There were ants everywhere and no hot water in the shower and they used 2 days to fix it. There was no soap and the bathroom did not have shower covers. The drain was behind the toilet so hard to remove all the water from the floor. Also the airflow in the room was not good so all our clothes was still wet after walking in the rain or taking a swim and did not dry.

Overall, not good. Stayed 3/6 nights as the facilities were too poor and beds were so uncomfy. It just wasn’t a nice

Facilities weren’t good, beds were not comfy at all, no curtains, the lock on our bathroom door had broke which wasn’t fun sharing mixed room and people walking in, no lock on my locker, ants crawling up the sink, the main door has massive gaps at the side which lets light and bugs in and AC consistently turned off. The toilet kept trickling all night and day, it also broke half way through my stay so we couldn’t flush it properly, some people used the cafe toilets instead! The cleaners left the keychain with every single key to every room in our room for over a day making it us feel very uncomfortable, I had to later return these to the front desk, I had access to everyone’s private rooms too! Not good. Some of the staff were nice but then when we asked about going fishing a member of staff was rude to us about it and shouted over interrupting our conversation with the nice lady at the front desk, as they didn’t agree with fishing. He also then later gave us a very rude and sarcastic smile whilst at the cafe. We also asked if they knew of any fishing tours on the island and they went we don’t know, even though we then found one 2 minutes from them. The cafe was not good service, not attentive at all, very hard to get their attention. Had to wait 1hour10mins for avocado on toast with two poached eggs, the eggs were hard boiled when it eventually arrived. I had to leave after the 3rd night (was booked in for 6) and get a hotel as the facilities were that bad, and lost three nights worth of money:(

Great location with discount adventures and food!

Location is great, right next to the adventures office, beach bar and restaurant which you get a discount for staying with them. There was a power cut, but it's a tropical island, so understandable and wasn't for too long. Not the staffs fault but we got a free beer with a sun set included. Goodtimes!

1. Habitacion y baño sucio. Pedíamos cada dia que limpiaran la habitacion y aun así no lo hacían. Si no vas expresamente a recepcion a pedir que te limpien la habitacion CADA DIA, no te la limpiaran. Y si lo pides, a veces lo harán y a veces no 2. Habitacion pequeña, sin luz, sucia, cama incómoda. 3. La ducha es un agujero en el suelo pegado al vater. Esto significa que casa vez que te duchas el vater queda mojado y el baño entero se inunda. 4. No nos ponían papel higiénico. Tuvimos hasta que comprar nosotros nuestro propio papel 5. Instalaciones MUY VIEJAS. Se te rompen las cosas solas 6. El wifi NO funciona ni para enviar un whatsapp

La chambre a du potentiel mais pas pour y passer plusieurs nuits

La chambre correspond aux photos et son emplacement était qu’à 3 min du port donc top quand vous arrivez en Ferry

Cependant le sol et le lit était sableux, les serviettes de toilettes tachées. Aucuns produits pour se doucher. Le lampadaire était juste en face de la fenêtre, la chambre reste éclairée toute la nuit. Beaucoup de bruits dans la rue + travaux dans l’établissement des 8h du matin. Une télé et une clim qui ne fonctionne pas..
