The reception and restaurant staff were very helpful and approachable. The hotel is styled beautifully and we loved the extra little touches in the bedrooms, like a welcome bite of cake, the coffee machine, wine glasses and bottle opener!
We were on a flying visit and didn't have time to enjoy the breakfast at the hotel, just a quick cup of coffee.

We had a wonderful welcome, great room with so much space and comfort. They also had a wonderful free food and snacks and a place to buy extra drinks and snacks.
Hot breakfast to be ncluded with price.

I liked the boutique style of the hotel and location
We booked two rooms - one room had twin beds which were very squashed and hard to get around the room. The room had a disabled ensuite where the shower constantly leaked . We didnt ask for a disabled bathroom.
The second double room had a high pitched tone which sounded throughout the night which came from the air con box. Despite the air con not being on, the sound continued all night which meant very little sleep was had . There was nobody to speak to about this during the night or the next day when we checked out. Because of these issues the rooms and the stay was not satisfactory .
