It is ideally situated for the car park and the town itself.
Be very careful with the taps. In our room (25) the hot water was extremely hot as soon as you switched it on and the cold tap was never cold.

Good location, NCP parking directly opposite £10 for 24Hrs. Room including bathroom clean and comfortable
No staff, check in via key code. No coffee in breakfast room! Disappointing breakfast. No shelf in bathroom or place to hang towels. Single glazed windows mean probably cold in winter.

Convenient, clean , comfortable
I think you do yourselves a disservice by marketing Portland as luxurious. Hospitality tray not replenished, poor towels, incredibly basic DIY breakfast cannot be described as luxurious.
